Chrysalis smiled when she saw Thunder materialize in front of him, but why was Ambrose here? "Greetings Thunder, it's nice to see a genuine friend for a change. "She then looked at Ambrose "But why is my changeling here?"

As Yennefer cut her way trough the gardens leaving parts of it absolutly destroyed, She could see the two of them teleport as she dashed towards them barly missing, She lost balance and rolled on the ground. She sighed and then looked up to the sky. "You can't hide forever" She said with a sinister smile on her face once again cracking her neck, She brushed herself of and once again dashed away.

Thunderwatch was confused "Wait a second your highness, this doesn't make any sense. Why would you not be able to harness power at old age? Isn't it supposed to be instinct to gather love for you?"

Let's call it a drink, that can allow me to harness love again." She closed her eyes "When a changeling grows as old as me, she gets problems, with obtaining love"

 

Thunderwatch was confused "Wait a second your highness, this doesn't make any sense. Why would you not be able to harness power at old age? Isn't it supposed to be instinct to gather love for you?"

"Its not so much instinct as it is a necessity. We can't feed off anything else, and trust me I've tried. But this is a very serious problem... Your highness how long have you had this problem... and how much time to do have?" Why now! We are about to go to all out war and our leader is almost dying!

He wandered the halls feeling rather awkward. No one seemed to be around, true it was the middle of the night but still someone had to be around to tell him where he had to go. And being an enemy and all he felt he really had to find a proper place to spend the night. He yawned and continued to wonder until anyone caught him and told him where to go. I guess I cold spy on the place and get important battle info... nah that would be wrong, I'n no spy I'm a diplomat and will act like one

"Mother before it was hunger, now it's pride. When will you learn. Also when we're you going to tell me your power is growing weaker. What is it you need? I may not side to fight with you but I won't watch your power parish either."

 

Amorè now knew a new hive was needed. One to balance the scales. She knew her thoughts could be hidden, but her mother needs her. Chrysalis feels a longing love of her daughter. Maybe it was her pony blood. Be she could also feel that her daughter was growing stronger. Love of a father. Love of a friend, to whom another needs for the potion. Love of a kingdom for their princess. Yes Amorè had the loves bound in ancient power. But why can she feel them from a link. Maybe Amorè was sending an unspoken message.

 

"For this right how many will you sacrifice, mother? How many will die from a war on two fronts? You know as well as I do that a proper Queen will look out for what is best for her children. I care too much for the hive, even if they don't care for me. That was why I left. To find a way to help the hive not to gain control. But don't force my hooves. Attack the Empire and I will become a force your army won't be able to stop."

 

With that she severs the link.

 

She says aloud sadness clear in her voice, "Mother, why always the prideful one. Maybe there is hope yet. Love our greatest strength but also our greatest weakness. I fear for you mother."

 

She then reaches out, "Thunder, Please come to my room. I must speak with you. I will give you all i know. Help mother see the light within the darkness. Her pride...." He can feel her sadness.

After finishing up buisness Darkerlight went down the mountain and exited into the fog before he fell down from exhaustion 'Something... Something isn't right, feels like my heart is burning itself...' he thought while intense pain and magic fluctuations happend in his body releasing major magic pulses which anypony could probably detect from the pressure if they were close.

 

 

Far, in a distance far away from the ice cold mountains Shadowdancer felt the brink of war shouldering over the air 'This feeling is divine... Can't wait until the war has begun' he thought while laughing coldly. He then instructed three changelings who had learnt everything they were supposed to have a sparring fight with him ''You three are to combine your arts and martial arts to atleast land a hit on me. If you fail you'll be training more than before'' they all looked terrified of him when they launched their onslaughts of attacks that had destroyed major parts of the mountain before ''Too slow'' he said moving out of their sight before appearing behind them ''You're still way too slow'' he yet again vanished to appear in his original position ''I can keep up with this all day. So put some heart into it'' this time they looked angry instead of terrified and combined their arts splendidly making all from steam into ice and thunder which almost hit him when he was holding back to their power level ''You're still too slow even when i hold back. Do it Faster Better Stronger, do it for your queen. Do it so your queen wont die a death in her own chamber'' he said aggrevating them until they released their full power hitting him when he was on their power level 'They are too slow... And now they're drained aswell' he sighed ''You go rest up for now...'' He then went through several pairs once they finished until everyone was finished and rested. He smiled ''Well then... You're all rested up so give me the regular routine. This instant'' they all looked really exhausted hearing that but started feeling now that it was way easier than when they did a warmup.

Luna sat at the court room, waiting for anyone to show up. No one usually shows up, so this is basically a huge waste of time, she gets up, and begins to walk around a bit. Her legs were stiff from sitting so much. She was about to head for her chamber untill she saw Diamond rust scythe. "Greetings Diamond, how can i assist you today?"

Diamond Rustscythe bows respectfully and says with a serious tone; "l am here on behalf of Princess Celestia, for l was summoned to to wield the iron in the forge of war again. Could you please bring me up to date on the location and the situation of the war, Miss Luna?".

Having no one see the Changeling, he took a deep sigh and awkwardly knocked on the royal hall door and poke his head in "Um not to be rude but I would hope next time you have a prisoner he's as polite as me... I could have quite possibly escaped" So why am I turning myself in?...
