Starting a new MLP Dungeoning Forum

This thread appears to be related to the My Little Pony franchise and/or the Bronydom in general. Thus, it has been sentenced to Sugarcube Corner. Remember, the Meetups subforum is for trying to find bronies in a certain area so you can plan to meetup.

Dungeons in what context? Is there some online version of dungeon-diving that I don't know about?

Dungeons in this context means a fixed choice-RPG for one or more pones to enjoy where the choices determine how te adventure continues, like D&D.

Sounds kind of like storybooks from a site I used to frequent, since you say "fixed choice-RPG." If so, I'm totally in favor of this since it involves writing.  Can you describe a bit more what you're thinking, just so I know we're on the same page?

l mean that l want to create a place for persons where they can be creative and make adventures for others. Also everything around it, like art of certain situations, advanced dungeons, internal character ranks, the whole shabang. It is still in the crib and l need people to realize it, so every set of hooves is welcome!

So say I wanted to create something. Would I write up an introduction, give the "player" an option, and send them to a different part of the story based on what they choose? Like those old choose-your-own-adventure stories?

Depends on the type of dungeon you have, but in general, yes!

Don't l know it. l have made one such dungeon where l drew a custom map with 16x22 tiles and for every tile l had to fill out the surroundings, possible triggers, chats after certain triggers/queststarts/storychanges/etc. But l am dedicated enough to build it, l hope l am not alone in this though ;(
