I like to imagine a fluffy Princess Derpy. Giving rules and hands over the rule scrolls  ^ _ ^

I also imagine her being a mechanical pony, who fixed wagons and hands out muffins to her co-workers.

Sometimes I imagine her as a unicorn instead of a Pegasus. With her clumsiness, I wonder what kind of trouble she might cause with magic, and the unique ways she would figure out how to fix the problem.

I imagine she kind of just showed up to Ponyville one day and no one knew what to do or who she was, so they kept her around as like the town mascot.
