A New Life in Ponyville

Cloud looked around as the ponies were leaving, he noticed a lime green colt looking slightly disappointed, walking up to him, he gave a smile, "Sup"

Honey Dew and Morning Shine were inside their small cottage, trying to unpack.

Honey Dew was still scared from all the excitement.

"Hey! Honey Dew! I hear music!!!" Morning Shine was bouncing up and down.

"Let's go see!!!"

Morning Shine was already out the door, and Honey Dew followed, sighing.

As Cloud was in the town, he noticed the two new ponies, the mare and her little sister. He smiled kindly and waved to the two.

Honey Dew blushed and nodded her head at Cloud.

Morning Shine bounced over to the guitarist, smiling and laughing.

"Honey Dew! Come hereeee!!!"

Honey Dew sighed. Morning Shine was SO energetic.

"Calm down, calm down. You're gonna run into somepony.."

Morning Shine laughed and bounced away again, and just as Honey Dew had predicted, she knocked into somepony, and it started to cause a domino effect.

Honey Dew covered her face and sighed loudly.

"Great."

*Apollo walked into the crowded area, yawning loudly. He walked over to Cloud Chaser.*

"Sup Cloud. How are you?"

*He said with lots of exhaustion in his voice.*

Having heard this pony greet him, Electrobolt looked up to the silver pegasus. "Oh, hello," he responded back to him. "Did you see what was going on around here earlier...? I tried to get here to see what was going on, but..." He looked around again at the area, with significantly less ponies than before. "It seems like I just missed it..." He then saw he noticed somepony coming and was waving at them. Curious, he looked around and saw two more ponies, one of which didn't watch where she was going and causing ponies to tumble over like dominoes. This got a little chuckle out of him.

Honey Dew yanked Morning Shine by her tail and held her down.

"I'm so sorry everypony. She-She's excited..."

Morning Shine blinked.

"YEAH! IM EXCITED!!"

Honey Dew glared at her little sister.

"You need to calm down. Please.."

Morning Shine sighed. "Okay.."

"Yeah a guitarist was playing" he told Electrobolt. He noticed Apollo and smiled, "Long time no see. You alright?" but he then saw the domino effect made by the filly, his eyes widened, "Uh hold that thought" he said, then trotted to Honey Dew "Heh, hyper little sister you have there" he said smiling.

"Please, if I need to pay for any damage or anything, um, just let me know.."

*Apollo wobbled in place.*

"Im...... just....... gonna take a nap..."

*He said as he collapsed.*

Cloud raised an eyebrow and chuckled, "Pay damages? I'm sure you're fine, accidents happen afterall". He then extended a hoof in greeting "I'm Cloud Chaser"

Overdrive saw the crowd forming behind him. "well I guess a few more couldn't hurt..." he smiled pulled out his guitar again. He played a chord to check the tuning, and then began to play a soft melody. (Stairway to Heaven. If you don't know the band... Wow) he closed his eyes and sang softly, his voice matching the guitar's volume perfectly.

When he finished, he looked up at the crowd and gave a dazzling smile. "hope everypony enjoyed that one. I wrote it myself"

(AN: I did not write stairway to heaven, don't sue me led zeppelin.)

Electrobolt was about to turn around to see the pony who had collapsed to the ground, but then the music that the guitarist began to play had caught his attention. *So he decided to play one more song?* he thought as he listened to the music he was playing. He was truly amazed at the music as he closed his eyes to fully enjoy the beauty of the song playing. As soon as the music ended, he opened his eyes once more, a smile appearing on his face. *Wow...* he thought. *That was amazing... I'm glad I was able to hear him play...* Having forgotten that the one pony was even there, Electrobolt began to approach the pegasus he had met earlier and the two new ponies that came into town. "Um, hello," he finally spoke up.

"Oh, Okay.. thank you.."

Morning Shine huffed.

"Let's go see the guitar!"

Honey Dew nodded. "Well.. See you.." She said to Cloud.

Morning Shine bounced along in front of Honey Dew, almost stepping on a sleeping pony.

"AHH! MORNING SHINE! WATCH OUTTT!!!"

Honey Dew screamed, running after her sister.

She got to her just in time, the pony was not stepped on, thank god.

"You really have to watch what you're doing!!"

Suddenly there was a pony in front of her.

He was saying something.

"Oh- Hello, I'm so sorry, my sister- she- she's very hyper. I better just leave."

I'm Cloud Chaser, next time im in town, I'll find ya and we can hang out. Later" he then took off, taking Apollo back to his home.

Dichromate had finally wandered off towards Ponyville square, drawn there by the path of flowers that led him eastwards. Nice, he thought, starting to feel slightly drowsy, before he caught himself. Tired? How am I already tired? Upon closer inspection of his surroundings, he discovered that a trail of notes was drifting from Ponyville Square. To be more specific, a single pony, a guitarist. It was pretty good music, in fact. Nothing better to do, he thought cheerfully as he trotted towards the musician pony, wriggling a path through the tight crowd that surrounded him.

Electrobolt chuckled as he responded, "I can see that... And you don't have to leave, it's alright." Just then, he heard Cloud speak up and turned around to answer him, before seeing this pony running over to the collapsed pony. Right then, Electrobolt felt like smacking himself in the face for forgetting that pony, but he controlled himself. As Cloud gave him his name, he ended up taking off. "Alright, I'll see you later!" he called out to Cloud, as he turned his attention back to the new ponies. "Um, so anyways, I didn't get to introduce myself... The name's Electrobolt. Nice to meet you!"

*Apollo looked at him.*

"Im Honey Dew. This is my sister, Morning Shine. We're moving in, we haven't unpacked yet. But my little sister wanted to see who was playing the music..

Oh, I do hope that pony is okay.. He collapsed randomly..."

Honey Dew bit her hoof nervously.

Morning Shine had fallen asleep against her big sister, but Honey Dew didn't notice.

Cloud shook his head, "Dude, I have been exploring freakin rainforests the past year! Last time I heard you were still getting the courage to propose! Congrats!"

*He said sleepily.*

"I guess I was thinking of somepony else. Geez, that little filly has more energy then even her mother. Can't keep still for a minute."

Fear slowly woke up after hearing the music play for some time, he stood up and slowly walked over to where the sounds originated from, yawning softly. Once he got to where he could see over the hill, he seen a collaboration of ponies gathered in the area as well as the mare that ran from him. Battling his minds thinking pattern, he decided now would be the best time to go apologize for causeing her to run away from him. Trotting down the hill, he began to have a soft smile, nearing closer to the others, himself now within eyesight of the others.

Electrobolt was slightly worried too, and looked back in the direction that Cloud took the other pony. "I'm sure that pony will be alright..." he spoke up, looking back to Honey Dew. He noticed Morning Shine was sleeping, and said, "It looks like she wore herself out..."
