"as too how I wound up here discord sent me a letter inviting to play his games. If I win he'll help me with my brothers murderor on finding him, as to growing up..do you want the long or short story?" he asked still listening to her bloodbeat and if any other gadget/animal that'll pop out at them

"Yeah, I kinda figured" she said walking on forward. "Wait your brother's murderer?" She asked being a little surprised and a bit curious, "well anyway, hmm... I guess maybe... long story, I mean I don't know how long this hallway is so, why not long version" she said while smiling

The card lit up on the door and there were five clicks. The door opened slowly to reveal a room full of mirrors. It was a mirror maze. Not just any maze, but a timed mirror maze. It wasn't that they had to get through the maze, but after a certain amount of time, change would happen.

Dapper jumped up triumphantly when the doors opened, (It worked,) he thought to himself, (it actually worked.) he turned to Refund, "Come on, our next challenge awaits." said Dapper as he walked into the mirror room. He stopped and looked at one of his reflections, "Mirror, mirror on the wall. Who is the most fabulous llama of them all?" Dapper looked at the reflection for a second and then turned to Refund, "Look it didn't change. That mean I'm fabulous."

Cresent herd her bloodbeat change once he mentioned his brother. He only paused in case she knew any hunters

He breathed in and out before he began calming himself and focusing on her blood beat to keep moving

 

"growing up my folks were part of the night guard. So we moved around a lot when I was a young colt. Part of moving around a lot when your young you learn about trust pretty fast in terms of outside your family. anyways part of moving around was we ran into vampony hunters now and then...." he paused talking and moving this time.

 

trying to say how it happened without him balling was what made him stop. He was covered in the now dried blood of the mare he was talking too about to tell her his biggest struggle, he couldn't remember getting this close to anypony before that he would get to this conversation. Then again it isn't everyday you get a letter from discord ether. this time he opend his eyes letting himself get lost in the zig zagging walls and patterns around himself as he continued

 

"one time a hunter we ran into while moving found us, my folks made it out ok but Wi- he wasn't so lucky"  

 

He paused not sure how to complete his story, trying to find the right words without sounding too pitiful sounding

The trippy checkered hallway began to spin slowly. It was a test to try to fight the hypnotic feeling the room was giving them. If they fell for the hypnotic trances and fell asleep, they'd be kicked out the hall and would have to start from the beginning will a whole new set of puzzles. "Don't let the hall put you in trances..." A voice echoed.

"Hydragon shut your eyes now!" feeling the floor begin to move below him he was good at moving with eyes closed but he didn't know about hydragon. Taking catus steps towards hydragn the bat pony extended his wing towards the mare. reaching for her main to hold to guid himself and her in case things got bad

 

"I think were on the next puzzle" he said as he felt the floor spin he wondered if he could use what he herd was called 'echo location'

"Umm... okay!" She replied while closing her eyes, she then felt his wing on her mane, realizing what he might be trying to do, "so what do we do now?" she asked while worrying about what would and what could happen to them bolth, well mainly what could happen to her new friend during this puzzle.

The floor below the two began to undulate in strange ways, making the two ponies feel as if they were walking across some squishy substance. However, it was just an illusion to try to throw them off. "You may want to watch your step..." A voice echoed in the room. There was a pitfall straight ahead of them.

The next challenge made Refund a little nervous as he looked into the hall of mirrors, anxious to find a way out. He did chuckle a bit at Dapper's rhyme before looking at himself in one of the mirrors. "Glad you feel that way about yourself," he said as he looked his body over. "Mirrors always remind me than I need to cut back on the doughnuts."

Some mirrors began to spin slowly around, sort of giving a hypnotizing feeling. If one stared at a spinning mirror too long, they'd be going in trances. It was best to escape as fast as possible...without getting hurt, because the mirror maze was always shifting. A mirror shifted in front of Dapper.
