How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic:

A group of friends who told me about a community who are fans of a show made for little girls, and the reast is history.

Hello, i'm a returning brony. I started watching MLP:FiM around 2012 near the end of Season 2. I watched the entire series in about the length of 2 days at the time, and instantly fell in love. I would to talk some of my friends about the show who'd also had an interest in it, and then I hear season 3 was coming out. I wasn't sure how it would turn out since it was the first season without Lauren Faust. I will admit it was good, and when Equestria Girls came out, I was sweeped at how amazing this show could be. I've then lost interest, mainly with an obsession with League of Legends, and haven't seen any of Season 4 or Season 5. I've recently been trying to get back in the brony scene. After listening to some old brony songs (2012-2013 Living Tombstone, WoodenToaster), and reading my favorite fan fiction, Vinyl & Octavia: University Days, I once again realized how great this community was. I've also been playing a lot of Fallout 3 and New Vegas lately to prepare for Fallout 4, and remember about Fallout Equestria and how great that read was, and I think that feeling of nostalgia was the final push to get me back into the show. I think i'll watch Season 4-5 after the latter ends so I won't have to wait for any episodes.   If anything big has happened in the past 1-2 years I missed, please feel free to let me know.
