Figured I would ask everypony if there are technical errors in TV shows/movies etc that irk you. Thought about this while watching "Person of Interest" and noticed an IPv4 address that started with 258. I am sure the writers did that on purpose, maybe to see how many of us geeks would catch it or as a 555-style phone number often seen in movies.

Pretty much anything/everything to do with cyber security, and most things to do with counterintelligence and espionage. The real world is often far less glamorous, especially with InfoSec. But Hollywood has to jazz it up to make it interesting while simultaneously simplifying it so that the public at large understands.
