Well I am going to create a new character profile for a new oc (named Riley) but she doesn't have a picture so I thought and this is just a thought that an artist looking to practice might want to try create her? Comment if you're interested

I have literally no outline for her or anything I just know her cutie mark a lightning bolt (electrical stuff) and her coulors which are red and a deep blue for the mane ( she is also a pegasus)
