Random pony I made while trying to get better

This does look good, but calling it close to perfect seems like an odd choice of words.

Calling anything perfect is super subjective; especially with anything artistic.

Don't work towards perfection because it is impossible for ANYONE to achieve

just work towards being better in your own ways and eventually a style all your own

will develop.

I don't want this to sound discouraging, I just want to lead you away from what could

otherwise be considered unintentionally misguided encouragement. It is very important

that you recognize you have faults, more so then anyone else will acknowledge it. You

need to be your own worst critic if you want to better yourself in anything you do, or else

you will always make the same errors. That doesn't mean being afraid to show your work

even when you know it could be better.

What I'm trying to say in an extremely complicated way, this looks good (I really like the

color choices) but there is always room for improvement; and you should embrace and

encourage this fact. And the only reason I'm saying any of this is in hopes that you

improve because everyone has the potential to get better at anything.

I know perfectly what you meen and i'm being just that. my own biggest critic. I'v taken pictures of this drawing about 20 times. and ea time I think i'll uppload it. I stop myself. find a new flaw or small detail I want to add and make it better. take a new picture only to se another one and so forth :) I just atm want to share and get some opinion "ego boosting" if not anything else :) And also love to get critic so i know what to change and do next time :)
