general questions Blocking Multiple Updates On the Main Page

I'm just wondering how to block updates from multiple forums from being displayed on the main page.  It's easy enough to highlight several of them that are in sequence but how do you update your selections without undoing the ones you've already highlighted?

 

For example, I want to block updates from the RP section but I want to receives the ones coming from Everfree Forest.  So how would I keep the RP ones blocked and then include updates from the debate section without including the general and media discussions in Everfree?

Hello @J. Brony,

 

To hide certain topic updates, you first click a gear on the top right of the recently updated topics. I have highlighted it just in case.

 

 

You then select which sections you want to see and which ones you do not want to see. To select multiple topics, you hold down the Control button (or the Command button if you're a Mac user). Like so:

 

 

Be sure to save afterwards, of course.

Okay, that worked perfectly.  I'd been holding down shift rather than control before.
