request need an MLP OC weapon done

I have a sword I need done for one of my oc's but I require someone who knows how to do it. So I was thinking something like this:

 

 

The name I believe I wish to call it, is Obscura(meaning: Darkness). I know the name is Dark Repulsar, but I needed to change the name for it to fit my character.
