critique wanted The Perosnified Peronality Trio as humans

I am not a 'great' artist, nor do I think myself good. You wanna see good, go talk to my friend William. But I, after many failed attempts, I have managed to draw Times, Winter, and Shadow a.k.a the P.P (Ponified/Personified personality) trio as humans. Times was the easiest since I had always had an image of what he would look like and Shadow was the hardest because... I have a hard time drawing females. Sorry about the poor picture quality, My phone is dead and the PC's camera stinks...

 

Times (Hal Clifton Washington):

Likes: Food, Video Games, Writing, Anime

Dislikes: Exercise, Rap Music, Reading

First OC I ever made and 'leader' of the P.P. Trio.

 

Winter (Wyatt Franklin Clemont):

Likes: Snow, Violin, Audrey

Dislikes: Spiders, Sports, Mari

He seems to be everyone's favorite, maybe because how shy he is and his crush on Audrey

 

Shadow (Audrey Hope Baxter):

Likes: Reading, Science, Mathmatics

Dislikes: Physical Education, Cursing, Being Alone

Was the hardest to draw. Her hands are poorly drawn and I gave up on her legs after about 32 tries

 

I will take anything, I prefer Advice and Tips though. Someone please tell me how to draw hands!
