Some do it seems. I read reviews calling them all from terrible to 'Passable'. Meh, they are not great but nothing that can't be improved with mods later.

 One thing bethesda has never honestly gave 2 craps about is graphics. Bethesda focuses on gameplay, story, and map design the most. Think about it, if Bethesda was focused 100% on just graphics I think the game would of not have been as large and godly as it is now. And yes, the modding community will take care of that situation.
