Personally, I think that the eye details are the best part of this artwork, and the blue bow is a really nice touch. However, it's way too shiny for my tastes. My poor eyes... Plus the way I drew it there wasn't much room for details unless I edited the line art, I had to have something to capture the eye. I've noticed in a lot of chibi pictures it's typically the eyes that draw people in, and it's usually very shiny. Thank you! But it doesn't bother me much.
