Help with Designing New OC

I'm trying to design an OC that is different from my other two OC designs (As seen in my signature) 

 

So I was thinking... and put together this OC, however, I want input on her design, color wise, mane wise, name wise, so on and so forth.

 

I'm thinking of having her name with Sprout in it. 

Maybe Rose Sprout?

What would you recommend? I don't have her talent picked out either so any input on that would be appreciated

I think.. Maybe she could be good at identifying moss/trees? Because.. She is a Pegasus, so I wouldn't think her talent would be limited to the ground such as planting and what not.  Trees and moss are up high c:
