Dawn wasn't really expecting to be given so much information, but it was most certainly helpful. The alicorn gave a enthusiastic nod and was amazed by the closeness of the two. The fact that the dragoness didn't have wings didn really strike her as odd either. When she listened to the tap of Silver's class, though, she noticed a certain pattern and thought about what to do next. The alicorn then began to tap on the floor and while the sound was duller due to her hooves, it still carried the same meaning. "Thank you. I actually have two friends that are dragons, so I just wanted to learn a bit more about them."

@@Drago Ryder,

Silver glanced at Dawn's tapping hooves with a slightly incredulous expression before he started tapping again. "Friends with dragons you say? Who they? We know them maybe? Oh, you don't quite silvertap right, he made code to speak, code for me to hear and feel, secret code for us. We same, more so than others, both small, both fast, both unwhole."

The pink one shared another affectionate nuzzle with Silver before turning back to Dawn. "Is good you friend dragons, long lived ones need long lived friends, hard to share life when one has more to share than another."

Dawn nodded slightly and figured that Silver would be curious about her friends. "There names are Dark Opal and Gale. They live near my hometown so I don't think you would know about them, though." She said. At the last bit of what Silver said, a small smile spread across the alicorn' muzzle. "I'm glad to have met them, and it would make sense that you would say that. It would be painful to see a friend go."

@@Drago Ryder,

Silver looked thoughtful for a moment before he resumed tapping. "Hmmm... The names are familiar, but no face comes to mind.  The census perhaps?" Silver nodded at the statement and seemed satisfied with the answer.

The pink one turned back towards Dawn, "It really is a loss that the ponies do not live long enough to form deep relationships with us dragons. We will remain long after they have gone. The long lived like you, Balance, and Moon make good change from other dragons as friends."

The pink one looked questioning as Silver stopped tapping. "Is there anything else we can help you with?

Gale shook her head and gave a small smile. "None that I can think of. Thank you, again. I certainly learned a lot about dragons." She said. The alicorn was glad that she had come here and was happy to consider the two dragons close acquaintances at the very least.

The pink one gave Silver one last nuzzle before she disentangled herself and started to make her way to the door, "In that case, I have an egg to incubate. May your hoard be ever plentiful."

With that odd farewell the pink dragon zipped out the door. Silver gave something similar to a sigh through his nose as he watched her leave, he then turned his gaze back to Dawn as he retrieved the quill he had been writing with earlier.

Iliad peeked his head in the door once again, "I would assume by her departure that you have finished here. If so we should get going, Silver is quite the busy dragon."

Dawn glanced at Illiad and gave a light nod, before trotting towards him. Before she left, the alicorn glanced at Silver. "I enjoyed talking to you. Hopefully we can speak again sometime."

As soon as she exited the room, the alicorn looked at Illiad, still smiling. "Should we head towards the deer embassy?" She asked.

@@Drago Ryder,

Illiad gave a slight smile and a nod, "I think we've given her enough time to prepare for our arrival. We most certainly can."

He led the way back through the grand building the same way they had come through, there wasn't much different than when they had come up and before too long they were back in the deer embassy, the secretary waved to them as they approached before looking at the clock and closing the open folder on her desk. "Hello again,"
