The cargo is just supplies for the colony, the trade is pre arranged, it's not meant to be a trade involving your character specifically. The cargo Ink and Quill will be bringing back is just a load of scrap metal and possibly some spare parts that Cloudsdale needs. This is just setting up a reason for them to be there.

I think I have some explaining. Xbox One had a patch, and it caused a bug where Microsoft Edge kept forgetting passwords. Since I rarely use MLPF anyways I decided to abandon it even after the bug was fixed. I'm here now though, but the real question is "Is everyone else here"?
