Cresent blinked a bit....another pony with business in manity...his mind jumped to the attacker from before and his parnoia skyrocketed as faster then a sonic rainboom. Emerald could hear the blood running through cresent like a steam engine mixed in with the energy of a heavy metal concert and then slowly she herd it slow down as cresent blinked a bit more. He finally shook his head,

 

 ".....summer I need you to remember very carfully. what did he look like?...." asked the batpony sounding like he just ran a marathon

"Summer that was the pony who attacked Crescent." she turned to Crescent. "he on the ship! I must see the captain now." Emerald stood and walked to the door of the cabin. Summer sat the bewildered.

"NO" cresent flew blocking the door from his lover seeing the concerned and surprised look on her face  

 

"its too late to tip off the captin, that window is gone out of the water and he's ether part of the crew or he's already in his cabin. And if we call him out it will turn into a mob we need a low profile for this trip as much as possible its the only way for him to look guilty of tempted murder also this ship has over a 100  pony's on here, he will abandon the ship at the first call for inspection and then target summer first then US" the batpony looked at the floor

 

"also its going to be raining tomorrow so every stailion with a coat will be a suspect....or its just a random pony part of the festivals going on in manity this time of year." there was more reasons but he wasn't lying either. 

 

Cresent looked at summer "we will follow you to your cabin tonight when you decide to sleep."

 

His gut said this was asking a lot but this was his rational side kicking in, arguing with his parnioa it had to coincidence his luck was never that bad.

"No Summer will stay here." Emerald looked to her. "look you can explore the ship on your own but not sleeping he may use that against us he can't act in public, so you will stay here with us for the voyage OK?"

cresent was glad his lover agreed on him making him relax, he looked back and forth between the two mares and breathed out.

 

"ok summer here's the best way to sum it up, fear" he got up and hugged emerald close kissing her cheek then looked at summer

 

"fear will drive the most innocent of ponys to do things they would never do to another pony. weather they are like rainbow dash, or even an Alicorn like my night mother. Fear of the unknown, fear of the new, fear is what drives ponys like hunters. They do exist, the grave you've seen outside my house is the product of that. That's why me and emerald don't talk about being vamps outside the house, or in the open, that's why I choose to live in the forest"

Cresents eyes went wide face hoofing, he wasn't planning on spilling it out like that. nor was hopping to have this conversation yet with emerald, "iv got to work on my phrasing, look" cresent moved towards the window looked at the moon then looked at the two mares

 

 "yes I'm royalty that's why I'm a pure vampony, your cousin was turned by a bite while pure vamponys can turn other pony's by seer will of there own, I can do more then emerald but ive held back a lot teaching your cousin mostly how to act around other non vamps. I don't even know the full extent of my ability's..." Cresent looked at the window again trying not to show any tears that surprised him by showing up, Emerald could hear the struggle in his voice.  

 

"because im what they call "pure"  I have the highest bounty on most boards across many lands" he found himself breathing hard he slumped his head against the window "that's why I'm going to this damn reunion, the king of vamponys is dying and on his death bed I might be a direct heir but I pray I'm not...if I am...." he slumped on the floor.

Summer and Emerald were stunned by his admissions for a while, Emerald was the first to walk over and hug him lifting his head to look at her. "I'm not happy you did not tell me and you did not plan it either that hurts love, that really hurts but I still love you, but what dose it mean if you were to become king?..."

cresent closed his eyes kissing the mare back deeply, this whole day had sucked for him but this was one of those moments that still made him smile. The kiss said many things cresent wanted to say, "I'm sorry" was the biggest thing after the kiss he hugged his lover  loosing the fight of tears he was having holding her tightly.

 

"If I am a ki" he paused like he would if he was trying to say the word dragon he breathed out and continued "....you may become queen, and a lot more" he sniffled looking at his lover deep in her eyes.

 

He cast his eyes to the floor almost looking shamed, emerald knew it wasn't because of her "but they demand the queen be of pure blood and I don't know how they will react to you being turned and not born one. if they say no to you" he looked up smiling confidently

 

"then they wont have me ethier weather I am or not one.  Nopony could do that to us and ill bet my orange mane, burnt off cuti mark, wings and heart on that" he said, hugging the mare with his wings now, eyes still dripping tears slowly but almost proudly too.

"I...I dont want to be a queen, I like living in Ponyville I have a life and a job and you." She raised his head to look at her, she licked his face to clear away the tears. "look we will find out it's not anything to worry about now I mean there is nothing we can do about it at least now so why worry, but I said when we started this that we would share our lives you are not holding up your end love." she gave him a cheeky smile then punched him the shoulder. "at least Summer has confirmed your suspensions so that is something."

cresent smiled at the punch and last comment "you now what your right, im worrying too much and I do need to share more of me don't I?" he winked and nibbled on the ear of his lover looking at the door behind her. He moved towards the door closing it, summer might need some air after that, but" he turned around now smiling like a colt

 

"it has been a while sense we did have a proper feeding on each other" he approached Emerald toileting his head playfully exposing his neck to her to bite and bit hers. It was at the right level of pain she wanted as cresent had gotten so used to before and the taste was as great as it was the first time back in the woods of the everfree...

Emerald's breath quickened and she closed her eyes, she sat there for a moment has he fed on her. She then lost a little control as she usually did she pushed him to the floor then pinned him down she then fed on his neck she unwittingly fed in a way that he could continue but she was just a little taken away and wanted to be rough this time.

It was cresents turn to breath in as the familiar pain around his neck overwhelmed his sense's and then continued to bite letting emerald go nuts on his flesh. In a way he more deserved her roughness of the biting the he usually let her but with all the things that has happened he didn't mind it. The rather new pain mixed with the rush of the taste his lover's blood was pure bliss for him....

 

Time passed as the two lovers had their feeding session and soon cresent and emerald just lay there,as he held her looking at the night sky.

 

"you know....that was probably our best feeding love, you are amazing" he said.

Emerald lay there next to him, "I was a bit rougher than I normally am wasn't I? You kinda pissed me off a bit so I took it out on you well at least you enjoyed so plenty of harm but no real damage." She buried her head into his side and closed her eyes she was exhausted and out of energy...

cresent was drained of energy himself, recognizing his lover was he propped himself up and carried emerald to the bed, after tucking themslvs in he kissed her neck "I deserved it, anything to make you happy is worth it" he smiled and soon the two lovers were fast asleep.

Façade had woken up about a hour ago, he couldn't had sleep anymore. He yawned, and stretched out like a cat on his bed. He jumped off, and started just doing a little warming up for the day. He did some push ups, and then some running in place. After about an hour, he heard somepony run past his door. Not pulling on his pullover, he just ran outside his door, and saw Summer running past. "Summer?" Façade grabbed one of his new daggers, and shoved it into his belt. He chased after Summer. "Summer! Wait up! What's the matter!?" Façade called after the yellow mare.

Summer turned to see the grey pegasi and hear his voice, her embarrassment turned to terror, "what you?! GET AWAY FROM ME!" She sped up down the hall fleeing from him now rather than his cousins and Crescent, she was terrified of him now she knew of him in a rough sense.

Façade instantly knew what happened. He flapped his wings, and raced in front of Summer. "Did you cousin care to tell you why they are being hunted? Or why the bounties are so high? BECAUSE THEY MURDERED TWO PONIES!!!!" Façade shouted the last part, to make Summer listen, "Now note, those ponies weren't the cream of society, but they have every right to live just like your cousin and her coltfriend does. If that the kind of family you want to have. Then have it." Façade stormed off to the lunch room, feeling terrible all the way.

Summer turned from fear to hate and ran after him knocking him down and looking at him, "you know nothing of what happened during that time they attacked my cousin and her friend, that bitch I wont even say her name she deserved nothing less and it was her or my cousin and...and Shoe killed himself not Emerald, his grave is near Crescent's house, you know nothing of what you speak of my family, they hunted my family, MY FAMILY because of something they had no say in and there the monsters! You check your moral compass you hear me!"  Summer took her hoof off him and walked away...

How can I like someone who wants to kill my cousin your the monster." Summer wanted to hit something so she went to  Facade!

"I don't believe in legends. I create rumors." Façade easily ducked under the punch, and stepped back, "If you knew anything about me, you would know that I have a monster inside me. But do I kill ponies? No! I send them to jail. This is the first I have to... GET AWAY FROM ME!!! NOW!!!!" Façade's eyes flicked fearfully from white to purple, "I am sorry." Then Façade lost control. It was all too much. In a dark deep gravelly voice, "I am the killer, I have seen many deaths. This honorable idiot I possess took this job because I made him. I need to kill, slaughter. Hurt. Burn. And I will." Façade's eyes turned purple, and he changed black, his mane burned away in purple flame, and his body changed into that of a ghost's, streams ending where hooves should be, and eyes that burned with malice.

 

"RUN!!!!" Façade shouted before the darkness consumed him. "The darkness only has fifteen minutes! Run!"

Summer stepped back in terror, "you're the monster..." Summer turned and ran she was waking the advice and fear compelled her to run she, ran until she got outside on a lower secluded deck she then took off from the ship, she thought she could lose him in the clouds around the vessel.
