request Looking for vector artist (big ask)

Hi guys,

 

I don't like asking for requests, but I should really stop spending money on commissions at the moment =[ 

 

I'm looking for a vector artist, or even a bunch of vector artists who could do me a fairly big request.

 

What I'm after is a recreation of Rara's Spectacle performance, but with OCs instead. I need my OC Stormy as Rara, but with her own outfit. She is having her vocals autotuned by Denz's spell, he should be offstage a little but still visible using his spell. I then want 4 dancing stallions around Stormy who will be my friends OCs.

 

This is to be used for a Youtube video!

i don't mind if someone wants to take it all on their own or if a group of you work on it. I don't even mind offering as an art trade. I would do this myself, but I think it would look better vectored and I can't do vectors x.x
