books The One Who Wrote

Hello Everypony

I have been seriously looking into writing as my life long career.

So, I've started a book. Everyone I've talked to (aka my parents and my writing teacher) have all said it had Best-Selling Potential once finished. I'm naive and of course, I do believe they are obligated to say that, they're my parents and a teacher, who's job it is to encourage kids to be themselves. So I've typed my book up and I'll add it as photos because that's how I did it on accident. Please, please, please don't steal my work. I've worked really hard so far and already got literally the whole book planned. I trust all you guys not to steal it so please don't. Leave feedback and constructive criticism instead. Thanks in advanced!

~Aqua

Edit: I am very sorry it's all blurry, as you can see I had it typed on PicCollage. I'll be posting it on Wattpad tomorrow but for now, this is all I can do. My Wattpad is in my bio.

Definitely nailed the show and tell proportion, descriptions for the most part are very easily visualized. Your parents and writing teacher are definitely right when they say you have potential.

Felt kinda lost and disoriented, though maybe it's because I don't have the whole context in mind yet. Feels to me to set some time in the medieval period?

I'm not a professional critic, but I'm genuinely interested in reading more.

Important tip: If you don't want to run the risk of people stealing your work find someone you can trust and email (or some other encrypted method) your work instead of posting it in the public.

Another note I didn't mention that my friend pointed out - they both say Chapter One because although it's different chapters, it's a different POV that's going on at the same time.

I'd totally PM you if you like as I update it. So far, I've gotten the whole thing mapped out but not sure if it makes much sense.

Oh, and it's set in the medieval times but it's more like her memories instead of just her going through it.
