Kyubi didn't have time to speak before she was dragged into one of the portals, and soon found herself in a room with a soft floor that was a stark contrast from the cold metal she assumed the ship was made of. "Is anyone there." She asked, afraid of what happened to the others. From echolocation alone, she could tell that the room she was in seemed to be an average bedroom back in Equestria, but that couldn't be right. They were in space.

 

(I assume we can choose where our characters go, right? As for the room, it's basically a prison cell that mimics what the inhabitant is familiar with.)

Gale thrashed around in whatever was holding her with a rage that had been building up inside of her since she had come on this ship. "No, let me go." She roared. Her attempts were futile, though. As the dragoness came out of the other side of the portal, she found herself in cave much like the one she lived in when she was younger. It didn't take long for Gale to notice her surroundings, and she backed up. "No. This isn't happening. Why am I here?"

Travelture was surprised when he was pulled into a portal. He said to himself, 

"Okay, this is a little more elaborate prank, must be trying to scare all of us. A portal is like teleportation. 

He came out in an almost blinding room with glowing disks in the wall and his bag was a few feet away. He walked over to it and started going through it to make sure everything was there. He grabbed a book out of it and started reading.

Ballpoint kicked and screamed, but the creature was too strong. She was dumped in a bar, surprisingly enough. This one was much nicer than the roadside bar.

 

'I don't know if a drink is the first or last thing I need,' she thought to herself.

 

As Ballpoint got up, she tripped over something. She looked down, and it was her saddle bag. Ballpoint quickly rummaged around in it, and pulled out the switchblade she kept in it.

Kyubi walked around the room and felt a bit nervous. She didn't know why she was in this room and she felt like she was being watched. The bat pony then turned towards a dresser and noticed something that made her relax slightly. Her ankh necklace on a pedestal. Kyubi then put on the necklace and began to find a way out of the room.

Ballpoint searched around the bar for anything that could get her out. A loose panel, exposed wiring, anything that might break. She went behind the bar and searched around, finding a panel next to the bottles of liquor that was screwed on. Ballpoint used her magic to unscrew it, revealing a screen with a strange symbol on it, that looked like a diagonal line with three circles on it. As she touched the screen, something came out of the wall behind her. It was an empty metal door frame, but when she looked at it from the other side, it went into strange metal room.

 

'Jackpot,' she thought to herself as she stepped into the room.

After Gale calmed down, she decided it would be best to investigate the area. Eventually, a small smile crept up on her muzzle. "Of all the places I could be, this is probably better than anything." She muttered to herself. The dragoness didn know why she was here, though. Could it be a simple trick or was she actually back on the ground.

Ballpoint stepped into the room, and to her left was a metal corridor. Screens with strange symbols were scattered on the walls, and some parts of it were comprised of the same organic material as the pit. As she continued along, Ballpoint saw another creature that looked the same as the one that had pulled her into the portal guarding another room. 

 

She crept up behind it levitating her switchblade, and stabbed it in the back. The creature fell, and Ballpoint moved to the room it was guarding. The room had a panel with more screens, each with an image of one of the others who got pulled up from the bar. Ballpoint pressed a button, and heard from a loudspeaker, "Prisoner release activated."

 

(You guys are being held on different parts of the ship by the way)

Kyubi heard a door open to her left and inferred that it was a way out of the room. "I guess these rooms try to make a prisoner feel comfortable." She thought, before exiting into a hallway. She then turned to the left and moved ahead very carefully. Her hearing would act as an early warning system if the aliens came after her.

Gale sighed as the room disappeared and a door opened to her right. The dragoness then moved outside of the room and looked around. When it was evident that the aliens weren't aware of this, she quickly moved down the hallway. She didn't know where exactly on the ship she was, so she was at a disadvantage when it came to which direction her captors would approach her from.

Kyubi eventually came to a fork in the hallway she was in. One path diverged in each direction, and there was no way in telling which one was safe. "This could prove detrimental to my escape, and I don't have anything to keep track of where I've been." She thought. The bat pony eventually decided to make a right turn and made sure to remember where she had been.

As Ballpoint continued to fiddle around the control panel, an alarm went off and the doors to the room locked.

 

'Shit,' she thought to herself.

 

The loudspeaker went off again, this time saying, "Hunter squads dispatched to cell blocks."

 

Ballpoint looked at a monitor, and saw more of the creatures armed with odd weapons storming the halls.

Kyubi heard the footsteps of aliens ahead of her and quickly turned around. She needed to find a way out of sight as quickly as possible before she was caught. There weren't any air ducts that she could feel, so she simply turned the other way and ran. If she was lucky, then she could duck into a side room and hope they didn't check there.

Gale's eyes widened as she heard several aliens and tried to find a way to hide. There was no way she could fight off any more than two or three of the aliens on the ship, and that was being optimistic. The dragoness knew that turning back would only give them an easier way to find her, so that was out of the question, and she also had no idea where the others were. Gale then noticed an open doorway into a dark room and moved into the space. She figured that it was probably a closest or something like that, so she tried not to think of what could be in there with her.

Travelture looked up from his book to see the door, open then shut. He shrugged his shoulders and mumbled to himself,

"Seems like they can't make their mind."

He got up, walked over to the door and said as aliens passed the door,

"Hey, great costumes, but it's getting old. I know it's a prank, just end this prank already."

The leader hunter squad yelled something and the rest of the squad began firing orange bolts of energy at Kyubi. There was what seemed like a dead end, but a segment of the floor was glowing, and this segment ran up the wall and onto the ceiling.

The small space Gale had climbed into was pitch black. The hunter squad outside was saying things in a strange language, and searching around for her.

As the amount of time the aliens spent near the door to the room Gale was in increased, the dragoness began to grow more afraid that they might come bursting in at any moment and subdue her. She then began to move back and eventually stepped in something cold, pliable, and had a putty like texture to it. The dragoness couldn't really tell what it was though and she simply froze in fear, as if she was waiting for a reaction.

Kyubi nearly hit the wall as she ran, and she managed to recover in time to dodge most of the incoming fire from the aliens. The bat pony knew that she couldn't keep this up forever, though, so she had to find a way out of this situation before she was either stunned or killed. Granted, the other would possibly happen if she was stunned. Kyubi then felt a slight breeze coming from abover her and jumped into the air vent. Before she was fully inside, though, a orange bolt hit Kyubi in the leg causing her to hiss in pain. She then tried to crawl away from the area where she knew the aliens were.

 

(I assume this is what you meant? Kyubi is blind, so she wouldn't see the pattern on the floor.)

The inside of Gale's hiding spot was made of more of the organic material that seemed so prevalent on the ship. A small crab like creature with three legs and glowing green stripes skittered by and out of the hiding spot. One of the hunters stepped on its leg, snapping it off. The small creature began to shake, and then exploded, killing the hunter that had stepped on it along with a few others.

Gale used her wings to cover her face as the creature detonated. She was lucky that none of the debris hadn't hit her and the dragoness didn't know what to do. She could run out the room and possibly escape, but there was the chance that she would probably get caught. Then again, the aliens would probably be attracted to the explosion and find her anyway. With that in mind, the dragoness slowly exited the room and looked around.

Kyubi came out of the vent in a different part of the ship, and she sighed as she leaned sat down and leaned against a wall. It hadn't been easy to squeeze through the vents, but she had managed. "I wonder where he others are." She thought to herself. The bat pony hadn't even seen them ever since they had been taken to their own prison cells and she had no idea what whoever brought them here wanted.

Travelture heard a sigh a few minutes after the alien had left. He looked over to see a pony leaning against the wall. He grabbed his bag, placed the book back into it and changed his body to a small creature, then he slipped through the bars. He walked over and said as he changed back into a white unicorn,

"Hey, how are ya doing. I don't think I got your name. Name's Travelture."

Kyubi was taken off guard when she heard Travelature's voice and she glanced at him. "It's nice to see somepony after everything that happened." She said, smiling slightly. The bat pony knew that the other pony was at the bat from earlier and didn't know if the aliens had done anything to him. As a result, she was a bit more cautious than usual. "My name is Kyubi, by the way. Have you seen anyone else?"

"No, besides the ponies dressed up as aliens that passed by a few minutes before ya got here and sighed, I haven't seen anyone else. It's a pleasure to meet ya, Kyubi. What do ya mean after everything that happen?"

Kyubi nodded slightly, and was surprised that Travelture thought that all of this was just a prank. "Umm, you do realize that this isn't fake, right?" She asked. "While it would've sounded ridiculous days ago, we have actually been abducted aliens. I mean, who would go through the trouble of setting all of this up?"
