For those of you who are looking forward to Batman: the Killing Joker animated Movie: Good news.  Three voice actors confirmed for the film are Kevin Conroy, Mark Hamill and Tara Strong.  The three will be reprising their roles of Batman, The Joker and Batgirl.

As announced last year, the groundbreaking (and still divisive) graphic novel Batman: The Killing Joke is being made into an animated film. The first-ever R-rated Batman film, in fact.

The adaptation of (arguably) the The Joker’s most defining story was enough to convince Mark Hamill to once again do his iconic Joker, but Hamill isn’t the only classic Bat-voice we’re getting. In addition to Hamill as The Joker, The Killing Joke will also feature Batman: The Animated Series vets Kevin Conroy as Batman and Tara Strong as Batgirl/Barbara Gordon. Ray Wise will be stepping in as Commissioner Gordon, as original voice actor Bob Hastings has unfortunately passed away.

Hamill talked about once again getting to work with Kevin Conroy

“The chance to work again with Kevin Conroy, my favorite Batman, in what some consider the definitive origin of this iconic villain is a dream come true for me. I am beyond thrilled to return as The Joker in The Killing Joke!”

Meanwhile, Conroy sent the love right back.

“I’ve had the great privilege of voicing Batman for more than two decades, and some of my favorite moments in the recording booth have been alongside Mark Hamill. Mark always enables me to be a better actor.”

For a while it seemed like we’d never hear Conroy and Hamill paired together again. Hamill had threatened to retire as The Joker several times, and Warner Bros. had tried out some new Batmans, but between The Killing Joke and the new Justice League series, it seems the band is back together. It will be great to hear them working together again on The Killing Joke – the story may be bleak, and more than a little troublesome, but damn if it doesn’t have some amazing dialogue.

Well, it's been a long time since Twi voiced Bat Girl, she's now better known as Harley Quinn nowadays. Glad to know the iconic Luke Skywalker is Joker once again, and Kevin Conroy is best Batman

They're both still the best Joker and Batman to this day.  It's like Peter Cullen is still the best Optimus Prime(With Gary Chalk in 2nd place) and Frank Welker is still the best Megatron(With David Kaye in 2nd place.  Yessss).

Also, I always wonder what it would sound like if Mark Hamill was Batman and Kevin Conroy was the Joker.

Yay, Kevin Conroy is back. (I already heard Mark Hamill was returning.)

Still waiting for a release date.

I heard it was going to air during Comic-Con, so a bit after that's done.  That being said, I'll be seeing Kevin, Mark and Tara again this year(I missed Tara last year because she went to a Bar Mitzvah for her son I believe).

I'm surprised Mark Hamill is still voicing the Joker, as he said he'll voice him for the last time in Arkham City, though, he returned for Arkham Knight, presumably as being the grand finale. God thing we got Troy Baker as a replacement, that guy made such a great impression of Mark Hamill's Joker  in Arkham Origins, that I would've thought the latter reprised his role if not where for knowing the recasting beforehand

Adults are getting more hard content thanks to Deadpool's success . It formed enough proof to show that you don't need to tone down to PG-13 to be good.

Japan, where Yo-Kai Watch's second movie has more success than The Force Awakens :umad:

Can't argue with that.  Actually, I think future X-Men movies should be R rated(Just for the sake of the F Word).  In fact, I think the success of the Deadpool movie may have been the reason why Batman: Killing Joke was greenlit.

If this movie does well, we could even see more R-Rated animated DC Comic flicks.
