request Youtube Avatar and Banner pls? :D

So I'm making a new Youtube channel. My third one, to be exact. I was wondering if one of you fine thangs would help me out with a banner and avatar. 

 

I am going to need one from scratch, seeing as I don't want my friends to recognize my channel until I learn how to make better content. I had a few ideas in mind, but the thing is, I'm wondering if you do accept the offer to send me the pictures over messaging..

 

Anyways, to the specifications. My channel is called Ghostly Luck. I have 0 subs, and 0 vids. 

 

My name is Ghostly Luck, so I was thinking a design sort of like a black and purple shaded one where you can only make out two red eyes. As for a banner, anything you'd deem fitting for a creepy sort of channel would work.
