I just watched DeadPool for the first time on my Xbox. Great movie. Anyway, it was awesome, and FUNNY! It got me to thinking, every good story needs some comic relief. So this week, let's get a little less serious and create those silly characters that can't help but make you laugh. Don't hurt your funny bone, and if you're having trouble breathing, look away from the screen.

The info you posted about the cutie mark makes sense. Also, Haycart's Method is what Twilight uses in the show to jump into a book and walk the pages.@

If this is going to be a Ponysona, we should start out with facts about yourself. What are you good at? What do you like? What are your best traits? What flaws do you see in yourself? Do you live in a large city or a small town?

Of these questions, the easiest to start at is: What do you want the character to be good at? It can help with coming up with a place of origin.

Hmm, I'm a pretty good writer, at least that's what my brother said. I really like to ride my bike, I'd ride it everywhere if possible. My best traits are that I'm usually tons of fun to be around, and I'm always there to help my friends. My flaws, I'm not exactly the most honest person in the world, and I've been known to be pretty sneaky at times. I live in a decently small town, but not that small. And I've always envisioned him to be a really good flyer, but also secretly be an incredible writer. Thanks for the help!

While writing something up about how my OC could learn about Hycart's method, I was wondering about something. If he were able to jump into the video game world would it work if he were a protagonist of a certain game, or be an assist character helping the main characters of the game?

 

For example: games like Naruto Storm 4, Street Fighter, Dark Soul and other types of those games, my OC when in those worlds, could dress up as a certain character and would have those abilities when fighting against others, or something along those lines.

 

In Dragonball Xenoverse: you create your own character and they help the characters in Dragonball Z when they need help and they trust your character without a doubt.

 

I was wondering if one, the other, or both would work because I wanted to try and explain his findings of the spell in his backstory or in his 'other' section. I also wasn't sure if it sounded a bit over powered in some cases and wanted to be sure about it.

 

About the magic spells, I was wondering what kind of spells would fit a unicorn that's special talent involving video games. I was wondering this because I didn't want to give him any spell that seemed too powerful for him to be using.

 

I also was wondering about his eyes glowing. I put that in because he had a magic surge and was able to use magic when he needed it the most. I was wondering about if his eyes glowing would make sense, or if it should be written out entirely.

This week's theme has to do with transportation. Wether it be goods or ponies, we want characters that can get what you want to wherever you want it.

In Sickness and in Health!

 

Now for a more interesting theme with a bit of duality. This week the theme is all about sickness. From doctors curing the ill, to mad scientists creating new ways to make their bio weapons more excruciating, we are looking for characters with a background in medical science (or perhaps magic?).
