This is my second MLP drawing, much better than the twilight one.   

(I traced an image bc last image showed how good I am at predicting how big the image needs to be)

 

 

Is this an improvement?

I would say probably getting a better tool like SAI would help with tracing, I can tell you have added alot of effects / filters, this makes it look a bit messy and over the top. It's okay though, keep at it!
