critique wanted Stega the Antelope

So out of wanting to create a one-of-a-kind OC, I've decided to create an antelope! I wanted to make her a not-normal color like how all the ponies aren't natural horse colors. (unlike zebras and griffins) I got stumbled when I had to think about her mane. I kind of just thought I should present what I have already and see what you may like or not like, skill-wise and design-wise. I have a bio in mind, but I haven't written it up quite yet. So please, tell me what you think.

I suggest making her coat colour lighter;; it does seem to clash with her mane a bit.

I like the idea behind it, though I'd suggest making the legs slimmer to better resemble antelopes and to differentiate it from ponies. I'd also make it a bit shorter and more proportionate, and suggest a bolder, darker green to contrast the purple. The best reference for that would be the deer from the comics. Longer horns or a mane would also help to give the design more balance from the side perspective. It looks great from the front, though.

 

As for the shirt, I love accessorized characters, especially because you don't see it that often. If you want to wrinkle the shirt, it's good to overlap one line at one angle with another line at another angle, and also to bend the lines into angular shapes at reasonable locations. I did it in this image I drew of Sally Acorn.

 

Overall, I see some potential in this character design. It's unconventional in its species and accessorization.
