It was almost night time

 

Once Shadow was satisfied looking at the wreckage of the town he started walking back towards the forest with a smug look.

 

Eyes began to light up at the edge of the forest, staring straight at ponyville.

Six nodded in understanding, then stood up, "Well let's get a move on, we got a few hours of daylight left so we gotta get prepared, find a place ta barricade fer the night. If ah remember Mah facts right, vamponies can't enter a place without bein invited, we gotta find anypony still alive and get them ta safety, and ah got a perfect place to go to"

Six nodded and they both set off to find survivors, they had about three hours of sunlight left. As he went, he stopped by the library, a sudden flash of curiosity crossed his mind. After a few minutes, he came out with a book about vamponies. <this could prove useful>

"Its a good thing Scotty lent this to me. It could come in handy."

"Thats an odd question. Of course there are. We live in Equestria. Almost all of the residents here are ponies. The only other sentient species are the diamond dogs, dragons, and griffins."

 

Sam quickly looked away from Schwartz.

 

"Oh... yeah, it must have... slipped my mind," Sam lied, she didn't want to ruin the chance of making any new friends by telling them who she really was. "So... can we go and see the town now?"

Shadow noticed the eyes "So it begins...." he said as he looked at the town, a evil glint appeared in his eyes.

Six had gathered most of the townsponies that were still alive, most were already helping to barricade the church while others were helping bring in food for everypony. Six saw the preparations, he called out one last call, "Any survivin townsponies lookin fer sanctuary come to the ponyville church!" he yelled. The book stayed next to him as he waited for other survivors.

Shadow started off towards the town. Harley and Fire walked out of the forest and followed Shadow. Eyes still peered out of the brush looking at the town.

Plague stood on one of Ponyville's buildings, examining the area. He readied the tendrils on his back, each one ready to deliver the pathogenic strikes they symbiote had created to fight against the vamponies...

 

(oh yeah, the tendrils that come out his back resemble the one's Giratina has)

Shadow stopped a mile out from Ponyville. He gave a whistle and a group of about 20 vamponies rushed out of the brush at top speed heading for Ponyville.

Six hurried the ponies into the church and readied for a fight, he had made himself several more wooden stakes and a knife dipped in holy water from the church. He also tied a crucifix around his neck for added protection.

Plague jumped off the building and landed on the ground. As he did, he activated a small trap he set up while the others were busy, allowing a barbed wall of symbiotic material to spring up around the main entrances.

<It's not supposed to hurt them, just slow them down for a while...>

Plague waited to see how long it would take for the vamponies to get past it...

Six approached Plague with stake at the ready, "Ya ready fer this?" he asked

Shadow slowly walked with Harley and Fire with a smug grin as the vamponies crazily rushed at the town. The vamponies reached the barriers, the pegasus vamponies easily went over it as the unicorns and earth vamponies began to cut the symbiotic material. One the flying vamponies rushed Six, saliva drooling out of his mouth.

"Yep," he responded with a fanged laughed. He kept his crimson eyes focused on the area.

"And yeah, I suppose you have met me somewhere else to answer your previous question."

 

Plague saw the pegasus vampony head towards Six and caught him with a tendril, slamming him into the ground so Six could land a shot on it.

He jumped the vampony, pinning it on it's back and jammed the stake into the pony's heart. "Yeah ah knew yer tendrils looked familiar. Long time no see Plague"
