@@VinylWubs, Guardian sat next to the unicorn mare and took one bite from his muffin. Once he swallowed the delicious treat he spoke, "Well, I have been traveling around the world the last few years, learning all I can from the different races on self defense. It was rather enjoyable to say the least. I was sent out by none other than Princess Celestia herself. I was in her Royal Guard for about a year before she asked. I just got back recently." He took another bite. "What about yourself?"

Renee continued to eat her muffin before looking at Guardian angel lightly before at her muffin. "well, as you heard.. I fix various items of things.. For example.. Rockets, Robots, bird houses, wires, television and much more! I.. Actually run a store with my cousin but he's not in ponyville anymore.. He's in Canterlot, selling items for the princess.. Anyway, I like to study, look at the stars, paint- even though I'm really bad at it- and.. I guess I like to take photos of things.."

@@VinylWubs, Guardian nodded his head as he listen to Renee tell about herself. All the while he ate his muffin. At the very end when she mentioned that she liked to take photos he stopped  eating his delicious treat and turned to the unicorn. "Now that I think about it, there is something that you could fix for me. Its an old camera that my mom had. I tried to take a picture with it a long time ago, but it broke and never gave the picture to me. Do you think you can fix it?" he asked.

@@VinylWubs, Guardian nodded his head as he listen to Renee tell about herself. All the while he ate his muffin. At the very end when she mentioned that she liked to take photos he stopped  eating his delicious treat and turned to the unicorn. "Now that I think about it, there is something that you could fix for me. Its an old camera that my mom had. I tried to take a picture with it a long time ago, but it broke and never gave the picture to me. Do you think you can fix it?" he asked.

Renee smiled as he mentioned that he had a camera worth fixing. "Sure! When do you need it fixed by? Next week?" She asked before continuing to eat the muffin off her plate. "Also, I could bring a camera that is identical to the camera you have. What type is it Guardian? Cause I'm your mare to fix items!" Nodding her head gently, Renee placed her muffin down again to look at the roof of the bakery.

It was my grandmothers, then it moved onto my mother, then me when I accidentally broke it." He took the last bit of his muffin, "And you can bring it back to me whenever you get it done. I'm in no rush."

Renee smiled back at the stallion as she finished off her muffin. "Ohhhh! Those! Oh my celestia, they're over millions of dollars now! My great great great grandfather had one before.. Leaving it in a dumpster for no reason. Hmph.. Anyway, it'll take like.. 1-2 weeks to try repair it. Since it's a older model of the first "cameras" around, I'm sure I'll get it working in that time period. Oh, normally I would ask for money to fix a certain item Buttt.." A tiny grin appeared on her face. "I can make an exception since you cheered me up.."

"Well your a damn natural there Ruby I don't care who the others are who how good there supposed to be your are amazing...well I think you are amazing." She blushed a little from the last part and slightly looked away from her taking another nervous sip from her mug...

@@VinylWubs, Guardian smiled at her offer. To have that camera fixed would mean the world to him, and he would finally get to see what exactly the camera took a picture of. Seeing as how that was the reason it broke. "Alright. Sounds fair enough. But how about I ante up that offer of yours. In exchange for fixing my camera, how about I buy you dinner? Its the least I could do. You have no idea what that camera means to me."

"Well, um...thanks for thinking so highly of me. I don't even think that highly of me." Ruby herself looked away, her blush showing through her red coat. She started playing with her ponytail in an effort to keep herself calm. "This what it's like to have fans?"

"Well what am I to think of you then? Something poorly of you? What kind of well...fan I suppose would I be if I was not praising you? Would that not be just silly I mean a fan who belittles their idol what a weird thing that would be." She giggled. "Why are you blushing Ruby? It's not somthing I've said, well I hope it's for a good reason."

"Wait. I'm an...an idol now? I've...I've never been anypony's idol? Me an...idol? I'm still trying to get a handle on just having a fan." Shew then heard the comment about the blushing. "Uh me? Blushing? Who's blushing? Imnotblushing!" she said rather quickly, blushing even harder.

Quill had seen this before, she got up and went to Ruby putting a hoof under her chin and turning her head to look at her. "Now see here relax now Ruby or you'll work yourself into a tizzle and I can't have that. Now look at me and calm down focus on that breathing of yours."

Somethign about the way quill said that. The way she put her hoof under Ruby's chin and looked into her eyes, got all of the bats attention. Something about those calm, yet stern words, and that gaze that had an effect on her. Ruby did as she was told, breathing slow as she was lost in Quill's eyes.

"See...calm...your eyes are really pretty you know that Ruby." As they got lost in one another she stopped breathing while she stared at her and she stared back. It would of been a creepy sight for someone else looking in or maybe romantic deepened on the pony in question.

Renee blushed lightly but nodded at the offer he has said to the mare. "D-deal!" She said, shaking the stallion's hoof. Sure she may have gotten herself into a little problem of hers but fixing that camera of his could be either a piece of cake or not that easy to repair. The mare shook her head to get the blush off her gently. Looking at the time, she shook her head in despair. "So.. Where shall I meet you?"

@@VinylWubs, Guardian beamed when the unicorn mare said yes to his plans. He was never much of a straight forward stallion, but do something nice and you shall in return be treated nicely. It was a motto one of his old Masters would tell him. "How about you meet me, when you have repaired my camera, outside The Golden Horseshoe in about a week. Deal?" He asked, a slight blush forming on his cheeks with a cheesy grin to boot.

Renee smiles and nodded her head gently. She had never EVER! Been on a date before.. Especially even asked from a stallion she liked. Could this be love or just being friendly to each other? It'll depend on the situation but now wasn't the time to think about how the date is going to go. She was invited to dinner in a week! What could happen? "A-alright.. So.. Where is the camera that needs fixing? I'll take it back to my workshop to start working on it.." She asked, noticing his blush and cheesy grin on his face, giving him a little smirk.

On the inside Guardian was ecstatic! But on the outside, he held his composure with his smile. "We can head over to my house real quick and I can give you the camera." He started getting up from the table. He reached into his saddlebag and pulled out four bits and placed them on the table. Those bits can be for whoever wants them. It really didn't matter who took them to the bright yellow stallion. As long as whoever got the coins, were the ones who needed them.
