Who is the strongest pony in magic?

Both Twilight and Starlight are extremely skilled in magic, and therefor are both very close. So close, that it was hard to pick one being more powerful than the other. That being said, excluding things like the magic of friendship, Starlight is the most powerful. The fact that she went head to head with an alicorn with matched magical ability is enough to set her high in magical terms. She can do pretty much anything using magic and doesn't really need to take breaks due to her vast ability (which kind of makes her annoyingly overpowered). So, for both her intense magical power, and her high magical stamina, I consider Starlight the most powerful pony with magic.
