Criticizing Nintendo is more important now than it's ever been. Ever since the Switch took off, Nintendo has become insanely arrogant, basically not listening to customer feedback at all. Switch Online is still a blazing dumpster fire 3 years later, the "Expansion Pack" is overpriced fluff, and the Switch itself is a very lacking system overall with its barebones UI and lack of features. I find it especially funny how the Switch Online Expansion Pack price trailer became Nintendo's most downvoted video by far and Nintendo hasn't done anything, not even a simple acknowledgement. Nintendo clearly thinks it can do no wrong, unless investors get upset. That's all they care about now, the investors.

It will be difficult to criticize Nintendo with YouTube taking away the dislike count for videos gradually. I don't know how much Nintendo would listen to its customers considering they..... don't? And they are still doing great business.

I lost interest in Nintendo after they released the Switch. I used to like their stuff before.
