To be honest, I think they're doing just fine. Aside from the trainwrecks known as Teen Titans Go and Powerpuff Girls 2016, a number of my favorite cartoons at the moment as well as cartoons with pretty big fanbases are on Cartoon Network, namely Steven Universe, We Bare Bears, Over the Garden Wall, Regular Show, Adventure Time and so on, which is more to count than what's on either of their competitors actually, and if anything, it's a lot better than what it was like in the late 2000's.
