Dynamo chuckles at Luna's joke and nods. "You've got that right, Miss Luna. Orange and I will worry about the homework later. It's summer and we want to make the most of it. A-Also, I'm really sorry about earlier. I-I said that you were my master in video game teaching to Cosmic. I don't r-really know what compelled me to say that." He shifts nervously in his seat.

 

Step giggles and shakes her head. "Oh nonsense, Miss Luna. Saturday will be a time of celebration and love. I can almost imagine Miss Celestia proposing to her stallion. Plus, your special moment will not get in the way of the children's wedding. A wedding is a time of love and a unity of family. I trust your decision, but it's just my opinion and all." She smiles while continuing her dinner.

 

Touch nods and contemplates on her choice of dinner. She smiles and nods while glancing to both Shade and Night. "I think a pizza is in order, if that's okay. Maybe a pepperoni and sausage topping pizza." She licks her lips in anticipation of the order.

Shade couldn't help but giggle at that "I agree with Step, mother, besides I do not think that my darling baby sister and soon to be baby brother in law won't mind if you got engaged during their wedding" she says, gently rubbing her hand through Orange's mane, resulting in Orange giggling and nuzzling into the pets.

 

Candy smiles "I must say, it would seem that our little one has taken quite a liking to her now older sister, it's unusual for Orange to take so quickly to some pony" she says with a smile and Chocolate nods "try not to think too hard on it darling, just enjoy the fact that our little Orange is finally making some good friends aside from the mane six" he says as he digs into the meal he had ordered.

 

Luna giggles and nods as she sits in Sal's lap, wriggling around a little before settling in and wrapping his arms around her waist "That certainly sounds like a good meal to have Touch, I think I will have some pasta with pesto sauce"

Dynamo nods at Shade's remark before looking at Luna. "I agree with my soon to be older sister, Miss Luna. I think it would be nice for you to be engaged during the wedding. It won't stop our wedding in the slightest. After everything that's happened this week, I think it would be a nice addition towards the wedding. I don't think Orange would mind either, right sweetheart." He looks to his fiancee and smiles at the interaction between Orange and Shade. He then looks back to his plate and starts to finish his dinner. 

 

Step nods at Candy's remark. "I guess Shade has that little effect like Dynamo. There's truly kind ponies out in the world. You've just got to find them and always share that kindness towards others. That's how Orange trusts Dynamo and Shade so easily. Adding onto the fact that they'll be siblings makes sense as well."

 

Touch smiles and nods. "Thank you, Princess. I usually try and mostly eat healthy. Although, sometimes I tend to spoil myself on junk food and other snacks. Seeing little Orange have that unique pizza made me want to have pizza." She giggles while taking another bit of her dinner.

Luna nods and looks to Sal who seemed to be in a bit of a better mood once he had his favorite dinner served up to him. She giggles before getting off of his lap and going to the kitchen to make her own order.

 

Orange nuzzles Shade again before falling asleep on her shoulder. The older mare smiles and wraps an arm around her "Sleep little sister, you're going to need all the energy you can muster, you've got three more days until your wedding" she says then looks to Dynamo "Now Dynamo Pad, I am entrusting the happiness and safety of my baby sister to you, you look after her well, else you will be answering to me, understand?" she says, shooting him a dark glare as she scoops up Orange into her arms and carries her off back to her bedroom. She then tucks her in and kisses her nose "Such a cutie, you remind me a lot of Arcania when she was a filly" she says softly before sitting beside the bed and watching over her.

Dew Drop giggles as she notices Orange falling asleep against Shade's shoulder. "I-Isn't that just cute, Nightie? I guess after everything that happened today, she is still tired." Step who seems to notice nods as well. "Adding onto the fact that she's pregnant, she'll start becoming more tired later on."

 

Touch looks to Shade with a worried look on her muzzle. "That's not nice at all, mother. Dynamo saved Orange when she was in trouble. From what you and Miss Arcania told me, he was worried, but determined to keep her safe." Dynamo put a hand up to make Touch stop her ranting. "I-It's okay, aunt Touch. I appreciate what you're trying to do, but it's okay. I don't blame Miss Shade to not trust me and everything. However, I would never forgive myself if I ever hurt Orange. Her happiness means everything to me. I love her with all of my heart and soul. I want to marry her because she makes me the happiest stallion in all of Equestria. I want to make everyday a joy for her. I want to share my life with her and face each new day together. I just hope you'll accept me and give us your blessing, Miss Shade." He says while looking slightly away. Wincing and shaking slightly from her dark glare.

 

Once Shade left with Orange, Dynamo sighs and rests his head in his hands. "I hope I didn't say anything wrong." Quick smiles and places a comforting hand on his shoulder. "Don't worry son. Shade is just looking out for Orange. We all are and we all act in different ways. Protecting her in that dream of yours was the right thing. That has to be something in Shade's book." He looks to his wife for guidance. She nods and gently strokes his mane. "Your father is right, sweetheart. Maybe we can all talk to Shade and get her to take it easy. We are all family and I don't want any arguing from anyone. Family needs to stick together."

Candy sighs and nods, getting up to go talk with Shade. Chocolate just chuckles "Shade is an ageless mare who hasn't known much of family outside of her half sister and her mother and aunt." he says as Luna nods.

 

"Her real mother and father neglected her to the point that she ran away from home, and she is very dsitrustful of most other ponies, but it isn't that she doesn't trust you Dynamo, it's just that she is very protective of Orange, I think it is just that she sees a lot of herself when she was younger in her that she is being overly protective of her" she says, getting up to follow Candy.

 

Shade had tears in her eyes as she watched Orange sleep "I was stupid Orange sweetie, please forgive me for being so harsh towards Dynamo"

 

Candy places a gentle hand on her shoulder "You're just being overprotective of her, Dynamo understands but you do need to lighten up on him a little, after all, they had actually been best friends since they were newborns, just like Gentle Step, myself and your aunt Night Dancer"

Quick nods in agreement. "One could imagine living with all that in mind. It's sad, especially for one that is essentially almost immortal. Hopefully she'll conquer that difficult part of her life."

 

Dynamo's ears perk as he looks up to see Luna addressing him. He nods at her remark. "I-I understand, Miss Luna. It's just feels awful to hear a pony being neglected by family. I've always thought a parent is supposed to love your child and take care of them unconditionally. I guess not all families are like that. I just hope she'll be okay. I understand her being overprotective of Orange, but she doesn't have to worry. Orange has been one of my best friends from when we were young. Now that we are getting married, I will love her with all of my heart. I don't want Orange to experience the same fate Shade once did. I can only hope that Shade will be okay, in the end."

 

Touch nods to her sister, who nods in return. She then gets up from the table and follows Luna to Orange's room. She walks over and hugs Shade tightly, as tears started to well up in her eyes. "I'm really sorry for the way I acted, mother. I didn't mean to yell and make you upset. It's just that I'm Dynamo's and Silver's aunt. Even though you're my mother, I want to be there for the kids, as a good aunt should."

Shade nods at her mother and future aunt as she stands up and stretches, "I should go apologize to Dynamo" she says as she begins walking off to the dining room again. 

 

The absence of her new older sister, made Orange stir in her sleep a little, and snuggles up to the plushies that she had previously received from Dynamo, Candy smiles and gently strokes her mane and ears "Sleep my little baby angel, Everyone here loves and adores you" she says softly.

 

Shade walked into the dining room and sighs "Dynamo, I.." she sighs "I'm sorry I said what I said earlier, I'm just stressed out about everything,"

Touch smiles and briefly hugs Shade once more. "I think that would be a good idea, mother. You both are going to be related and you'll both be there to protect Orange. We're all here for one another as one big happy family."

 

Dynamo's ears perk as he heard someone calling him. He looks up to see that it was Shade. He slowly gets up and walks over to her, before pulling her into a hug. "I forgive you, Shade. I heard from the others on why you act the way you do. I can't blame you and I'm sorry. I love Orange and I would do my absolute best to protect her. I also know that she wouldn't like either of us being rude to one another. I hope you accept me as family and Orange's husband, Shade." He pulls back from the hug and looks up to Shade, before smiling brightly and chuckling happily.

 

Step sighs and rests against Quick's shoulder. She smiles softly as she felt him wrap an arm around her shoulder. "We finally have peace. It truly has been a long day, so it's nice to move on and find happiness in harmony."

Chocolate and Candy both nod as they finish their meals "Well darlings, it's late and we've got a lot to do in the next few days, and I believe all of us are tired" Candy says and stands up, satisfied with the meal she just had. She smiles as Chocolate hugs her from behind "Dynamo, you should probably go join your future wife, I'm sure she'd greatly appreciate it" she says with a smile.

 

Meanwhile, Orange was tossing and turning in her sleep.

Everyone in the room nods at Candy's remark. "You've got that right, Candy. We still have a lot of things planned for this week." Step says as she and Quick got up from the table. They finished their dinner and said their goodnight's to everyone currently present. Dew Drop nods as she rubbed her currently tired eyes. "Today has been a c-crazy day. H-Hopefully the c-carnival is a l-lot of fun." She says as she and Step pick up one of three fillies They made sure they finished their dinner, before taking them to their rooms.

 

Touch smiles and hugs her sister before she exited the room. "I guess it's time for mother and I to rest. I thank you once again for allowing me to stay her Miss Night. Goodnight and I hope everypony has pleasant dreams." She bows and walks with Shade to their rooms.

 

Dynamo's ears perked as he heard someone address him. He smiles as he nods to Candy's remark. "You're right, aunt Candy. After what happened previously, I think that's a great idea. Goodnight everypony." He says as he got up from his seat and exited the dining hall. He makes his way to his and Orange's room and opens the door. He steps inside to see his fiancee tossing and turning in her sleep. He rushes over to her, as he places his hands gently on her shoulder. He begins to lightly shake her awake. "Orange, are you okay? Please, wake up sweetheart. I'm right here and everything is okay."

Shade smiles and looks at touch, "You're not getting away with having your own room just yet my dear, I need to be weened off of our nightly snuggles" she says with a giggle as she pulls Touch into a hug and opens the door to her room "Come now sweetie, let us get ready to sleep. You'll have the whole day tomorrow to catch up with your sister" she says and gets changed into a rather suggestive neglige before sliding under the blankets and sighing softly.

 

Orange slowly opens her eyes and hugs her plushies, "H-hi Dy Dy, I was just having a little bit of a scary dream. Nothing like b-before, just some fears playing on my mind" she says and snuggle up to him "C-can we watch some a-anime before we go to sleep again, p-please?"

Touch gave a look of confusion toward Shade, but giggles at her remark. She shakes her head at her mother. "You've got to look for a special somepony one of these days, mother. The few times I wanted to snuggle when I was just a little filly. Now it's become a bad habit of yours. I don't mind, but I still rest my case. I mean, look at the cute outfit your wearing." She returns the hug as the two enter Shade's room. She nods and smiles at the suggestion. "I look forward to spending time with my sister. It's been far too long and I think the carnival will be perfect." She changes into her pajamas and slides into bed. She cuddles up to Shade and pulls her into a hug. "Goodnight, mother. I love you and thank you for being my mother." She kisses Shade's cheek and falls fast asleep.

 

Dynamo sighs in relief as he sees his beloved awaken. He wraps her into a hug and strokes her mane gently. "Hey there, sweetheart. I'm sorry you had a scary dream, but I'm glad it's not those nightmares anymore. Do you want to talk about it, or do you want to tell me in the morning? You don't have to, if you don't want to, but I'm here for you, my love." He nuzzles her lovingly, before pulling back from the hug and nods. "Of course, Orange. Maybe some anime will help us get some rest. Any anime in particular that you wanted to watch? Also do you have any of the DVD's with you?" He says while getting out of bed and heading to Orange's backpack.

Shade smiles and snuggles up to her  daughter "Oh darling, it's not so easy for someone such as myself" she says softly and nuzzles her lovingly "Besides, who would want to be with a mare who will disappear in the dead of night and then return covered in blood?" she asks, nuzzling her once more "I-I know you need your own space, you're a grown mare b-but I just..I c-can't let you go Touch..you're my baby girl, always have been and always will be"

 

As they walk to their room, Candy couldn't help but overhear Shade talking to touch and she giggles "The poor mare, maybe we ought to find a stallion for her? Mr Souls perhaps? You know, young Nightmare's father?" she asks her husband who simply nods, knowing not to get in the way whenever his wife and her friends got into the matchmaking moods.

 

Orange nods and rummages through her bags, giving Dynamo quite the nice view, as it would seem that Shade had some trouble finding her pyjamas so she had just put the negligee on her and then Orange giggles as she swishes her tail while finding the DVDs "ah her they are, how about some Negima?"

Touch smiles and returns the nuzzle. "I think you would be surprised, mother. I have a feeling there's somepony out there that will love you, no matter what. Even if you have this job of yours, who knows. This special somepony might just be closer than you think?" She says as she cuddles closer to Shade. "I-I know, mother, but you don't have to worry. I'll always be there for you. You took me in when I thought I was an orphan. I-I could never thank you enough for caring and raising me for so many years." She closes her eyes, as tears started to form. "Now we both have to find our lives out there. I don't exactly know what the future will bring, but we can't just stand till and let time pass us by. I j-just know things will work out for us. You'll see."

 

Dynamo notices Orange get out of bed and helps look for the anime DVD's. He blushes heavily at Orange's in pajamas, as well as her swishing her tail. "W-Where did you get the pajamas, s-sweetheart? You look really cute, b-but you are always beautiful to me." He looks towards the floor, as it looked more interesting to look at. He looks back up at her anime choice. "I haven't seen Negima before. I think it would be interesting to watch."

Shade would have responded but she was fast asleep and snuggled up to her daughter. 

 

Meanwhile Orange looks at what she was wearing "I-I guess Shade dressed me and c-couldn't find my pyjamas" she says with a blugh and finds the dvds, she then hears whimpering and a scratching at the door "Snowpaw is here sweetie ,c-could you please let him in? I g-guess he w-was sent here by auntie Night to make s-sure I didn't hurt myself again"

Touch was feeling worried when she didn't receive a response from Shade. She looks up to find Shade was fast asleep. She giggles softly and shakes her head, as she wipes the tears from her eyes. Touch smiles and sighs in relief, before kissing Shade's cheek. "Goodnight and pleasant dreams. I love you, mother." With that, Touch closes her eyes and fell fast asleep.

 

Dynamo nods in understanding with a blush still on his muzzle. "When you put it that way, it does make a lot of sense. Still, I think you look really cute." His ears perked as he could hear scratching and whimpering at their door. He nods at his fiancee's remark. "Okay, sweetheart. That sounds good to me." He stands up and walks over to the door. He opens the door to reveal Snowpaw and smiles, as he steps aside to let the fox in. "Hey there, buddy. It's good to see you. Want to join us as a sort of sleep over? We're just about to watch some TV." He smiles as he closes the door and makes his way to sit on the bed.

Snowpaw yips happily as he is let into the room, and immediately makes his way to curl up in Orange's arms. She smiles and begins to pet him, "Hello sweetie, it is nice to see you too" she says and kisses his cute little foxy nose "and thank you for saving my life" she whispers before picking up the tv remote and laying down comfortably to watch the anime they had chosen to watch. She giggles as she feels the baby fox curl up on her chest and tickle her with his tail.

 

Still on their way to their room, Chocolate and Candy decide to check up on their kids. Chocolate smiles as he knocks on the door then peeks in "Aaw, Candy come look at this" he says quietly and she does so, "Aaw now isn't that precious" she says and simply walks in, she hugs and kisses Orange "you may have been adopted and taken in by Princess Luna, but you're still our baby girl, always have been and always will be" she says.

 

Orange nods "I-I know mummy, I love you too" she says, hugging and kissing her back.

Dynamo smiles at Orange and Snowpaw, as he nods in appreciation. "I heard what happened earlier. I want to thank you, Snowpaw. Thank you for saving my fiancee's life." He watches Orange join him on the bed, as they were prepared to watch anime together. He chuckles as Snowpaw curls up on Orange like a makeshift bed. He leans over and pets the baby fox on the head. "You are just plain adorable, buddy. Have a nice rest, Snowpaw." He says before laying back in bed.

 

He hears the door open and turns to see Candy and Chocolate entering the room. He smiles as he watches the family moment. "I'm glad you both will always feel that way, aunt Candy and uncle Chocolate. It's just like my promise to always be there for Orange. I always have been and always will be." He chuckles softly while giving them all a bright smile.

Snowpaw yawns adorably as he curls up on Orange and flickers his ears as he listens to the conversation between Orange and her parents. Orange smiles and gently pets Snowpaw as she looks to her parents "Mummy, daddy? Did you..did you do what Dynamo and I did the other night? I-is Starling and me g-going to have a baby brother or sister? W-what about Dynamo?"

 

Candy giggles "Well..yes but we don't know if we were successful darling, as for Dynamo" she says looking at her future son in law "Well he'd have to ask his own parents about that, but with the way Step was teasing and looking at Quick, I wouldn't be surprised if they did as well"

 

Orange smiles and nods with a giggle "Goodnight mummy and daddy, we're going to watch some anime before sleeping, can Snowpaw stay with us?" she asks

 

Chocolate smiles and gently pets the fox "I think it's up to him and he's already made his decision, goodnight sweetie" he says kissing Orange on the nose before he leaves with Candy

Dynamo scratches behind Snowpaw's ears, as he listens to the conversation between Orange and her parents. His ears perked, as his name had been suddenly brought up. He chuckles slightly and shakes his head. "Goodnight aunt Candy and uncle Chocolate. I'll probably talk to my mom and dad in the morning about that." He says as he watches Candy and Chocolate exit the room. He sighs happily while taking Orange's hand into his own. "What aunt Candy said really makes me wonder now. I think it would be sweet if you and Starling have another sibling. Guess when the time comes, then we'll know. I kind of noticed my mom teasing my dad, but I guess I thought nothing of it. It would be interesting if Silver and I had another sibling ourselves." He shook his head to dismiss the thought.

 

He smiles as the DVD finished loading and was at the main menu. "Any episode in particular you want to watch, sweetheart? It's your anime DVD, so it's your call." He asks while kissing Orange softly on the cheek.

Orange giggles and nods "W-well you hadn't seen it before, so wouldn't it make sense to start from the beginning?" she asks as she selects the first episode, she then snuggles up to Dynamo and watches the anime with him. However, after the fifth episode, she yawns and curls up next to Dynamo, falling asleep with the little arctic fox nestled cutely under her arm and murring softly to help her sleep.

Dynamo chuckles and nods. "That sounds like a plan to me, sweetheart." He asks as they begin to watch the first episode. As they reached the fifth episode, Dynamo's eyes were beginning to grow tired. He rubs his eyes to stay awake, but it was losing battle for him. "Hey, Orange? I'm feeling a little tired. D-Do you want to watch more episodes tomorrow?" He didn't hear any response, so he looks down to make sure she was okay. He smiles softly as he saw her curled up to him, fast asleep next to him. He couldn't help himself from yawning. He then remembers the special kiss from one of the episodes. "I don't know if you can hear me, sweetheart, but I hope you accept this. I wish to make a provisional contract with you." He leans down and gently kisses her on the lips. He could feel a warmth encircling him, as he broke the kiss. He smiles as his face hits the pillow. He gently pulls Orange close to him and falls fast asleep.

Inside the dreamworld,  Orange found herself in a field of flowers, sitting among them and playing with Snowpaw as he happily pounced around and tried pouncing on her tail as it twitched. She then sees Dynamo walking towards her, wearing a suit and tie,, she blushes "Y-you look v-very ha-handsome D-Dynamo" she stutters a little, as shes tands up, wearing a rather lovely sparkly deep blue side split dress, she looks at it and blushes more, looking around "Is L-Luna around?" she asks herself before embracing and kissing Dynamo deeply.

Inside the world of dreams, Dynamo opens his eyes to look at his surroundings. He looks down to see himself wearing a suit and tie. He was feeling confused, but didn't try and question it. Seeing how beautiful the field of flowers was had taken his breath away. He could see a couple of figures off to the distance, so he decides to go and take a look. A few minutes later, he comes across Orange and Snowpaw playing in the bed of flowers. He smiles at the compliment, but blushes heavily as he sees Orange in her dress. "Thank you, sweetheart. You look very beautiful, Orange." He walks over and hugs his fiancee while returning the passionate kiss. After a few minutes, the two broke the kiss for oxygen. Dynamo shook his head at her question. "No I haven't, actually. Though to be honest, I think she was the one who cast a spell on us. I felt some magic before falling asleep. It felt familiar and I think it was linked to Miss Luna. I remember when I went to save you, I remembered the feeling of that magic. She made some sort of spell a-after I k-kissed you. I-I'm sorry about that. I saw those kisses in the a-anime. I t-thought you could hear my voice in your sleep, so I kissed you, sweetheart. I-I'm sorry about that." He blushes while scratching his cheek in embarrassment.
