Gentle felt her heartbeat quicken as Shade's story began to unfold. Suddenly, she felt as if a memory was coming back to her. "Wait a minute. For some reason I think I'm starting to get the picture. I still don't know why, but I think I know who Gentle Touch is." She places a hand over her heart, as Gentle Touch walked into the room once more. Gentle Touch nods and looks closely at Gentle Step. After a few moments, she gasps as she finally was able to recognize her. She dropped her pocket book and ran forward. She suddenly crashed into Gentle Step while wrapping her arms around her back in a tight hug. Gentle Step was confused until she heard something which she thought was crying. "Y-You're my sister. I-I knew it was you the moment I saw you. I just was never sure and didn't want to assume, but I finally know. You, Gentle Step, are my twin sister." She continues to sob in the embrace, as Gentle Step gasps at the sudden declaration. She felt tears began to fall from her muzzle to, as she returns the hug and cries alongside her sister.

 

Quick shook his head as he smiled at the happy, yet tearful reunion. "Well what do you know? I never would have thought Gentle Step had a twin sister. They look so similar that it's scary. I'm truly happy for them both. I also don't think she'll leave from her service, Shade. You said you wanted to live with us, right? Then she'll probably stay here with us as well."

 

Dew nods in agreement. "Quick is right, Miss Shade. Gentle Touch m-may be r-reunited with her sister, but s-she'll always remain by your side. Y-You helped take care of her when she was little. I-I know thing will work out j-just fine, r-right Nightie?"

 Shade smiles and nods "I guess you two are right, but I wouldn't want her to feel torn between the two of us" she says and looks to Gentle Touch "Touch, dear, the choice is yours, as you may know by now, I am planning on moving her to the manor, to which dear Gentle Step will be living with this wonderful family, which will soon be ours as well, with the adoption of Orange by my mother" she says, folding her hands on Lilly's lap as she was sitting on her lap. "If you wish to stay in service to me, or you may leave your servicetude to be with your sister of whom you were separated from for so long until now" she says softly.

 

Night nods "I've known miss Touch, I know she will make the right decision, not to us, but to her own self, and miss Shade will also let her choose, and she will not hold it against her"

Lilly looks up at Shade, as she felt her hands sitting on her lap. She then looks over to Night with a confused look upon her muzzle. "What do we do, mommy? I don't want anypony to be sad. Nopony should ever be sad." She says as Dew nods. "I agree with you, sweetie. Nopony ever deserves to be sad, but it's all up to Gentle Touch. I m-may not know her for very long, but I trust her. Just like I trust Gentle Step and the others. Everything will be just fine, Lilly. I-I promise you that."

 

Gentle Step pulls away from the hug and wipes her tears. She looks at her sister while placing her hands on her sister's shoulders. "Sister, dear? I don't want you to make the wrong choice, okay? I know we just reunited, but I don't want you to be away from the pony who helped raise you. In the end it's not my decision, but yours. Whatever you choose, I will support you all the way. That's my role as your sister." She says while smiling at her twin sister.

 

Gentle Touch nods while wiping her own tears away. After a couple of minutes contemplating, she nods once more as she found her answer. "I wish to stay with my sister, but to also be in servitude to Miss Shade. If she is moving to this manor soon, then I shall live here as well. That's if it's okay by the owner of the manor anyway. I'm happy to find my sister and spend time with her now after such a long time. However, I can never go back on the pony who took care of me and raised me into the mare that I am today. You have my utmost gratitude, m'lady and I will not, nor will I ever abandon you now." She walks over and pulls Shade into a tight hug.

Shade closes her eyes and smiles at Gentle Touch's decision "Then it shall be my dear, but I think you should start calling me either mother or sister.. considering the circumstances" she says as she gently places the fillies down onto the floor once more "Now you three be good and run along and play, your auntie Shade needs to go get ready to move in, okay?" she says then smiles up at Gentle Touch "Sweetheart, could you come and help please?" she asks softly.

 

Meanwhile, Orange was snuggled up close to Dynamo, it was clear that she was anxious and excited about their wedding and honeymoon, not to mention their foals but she was twitching and moving around a lot in her sleep, it would appear that she was having a nightmare, and a very bad one at that.

 

(In her nightmare)

 

Orange was on her knees, begging a pony that looked an awful like Cosmic Clown, only a lot darker and he had stitches up and down where he had been cut up and shot. He was holding Dynamo and the foals hostage, by having the foals in a cage, and making Dynamo play the one game he hated the most while he had a blade up against his throat, and while Orange was forced to watch from her own cage imprisonment she was begging for him to stop and let them go.

Gentle Touch giggles and nods. "I've called you m'lady for so long, but I guess calling you mother will be okay." She smiles and faintly blushes. Having her as a mother might be great. She had never felt so happy in such a long time. She nods once more as she walks with Shade out of the manor. "Of course, mother. I should collect my things so I can move in as well. I look forward to spending time with my sister. It has been far too long. I'm just happy she has someone who loves her. I also realized that Quick is my brother in law. Now I have a much bigger special family." She giggles as they continue on their way back to Shade's house.

 

Gentle sighs happily and hugs Quick. "I'm so glad to know she's okay. I'm really happy for her decision. This way, she can still spend time with her family and also help out with Shade. There's really no losing in that regard." She says as Quick nods. "I'm glad you found out you had more family, dear. I guess she's my sister in law. I never would have thought we would have more family. Dynamo is going to be surprised he has an aunt. I can tell Silver is ecstatic on the fact of having more family. The same can be said for the others."

 

Meanwhile, Dynamo was asleep with Orange in his arms. He unconsciously nuzzles his fiancee, as he dreamed about their wedding day. Seeing everyone at the wedding was enough to put a smile on his muzzle. Seeing how beautiful Orange looked in her wedding dress made his heart soar. He was soon brought out of his dream as he felt Orange twitching around in her sleep. He began to become concerned as she tried shaking his fiancee awake. "Orange? Sweetheart? P-Please wake up. Everything is okay and I'm right here, my love." Nothing he said worked as he continued to watch Orange suffer from her nightmare. He could feel his heart quicken from feeling panicked, but tried to remain calm. He closed his eyes to think momentarily, but opened them once more as he had a solution. "Miss Luna! Are you still there, please!? I need your help!" He exclaims. Hoping with all of his heart the princess of the night would hear him.

Luna smiles and nods "Indeed, it is good to know that the two of you are reunited, I expect you would want to tell your family that your sister has been found, I expect your parents would be ecstatic to hear the news" she says, but her smile soon turns to a frown "I must see what is wrong, come Shade, you might be of need here as well" she says as she makes a mad dash to Orange and Dynamo's room.

 

Shade nods "Touch, stay here, this is something I must do with mother alone" she says, following her mother.

 

Luna reaches them "What's wrong Dynamo? Do you know anything about this?" she asks

 

(Still in the dream)

 

"P-please Cosmic.. why are you doing this? Y-you were defeated, w-why must you torment us l-like this?" she cries out, "Why? W-what did w-we ever do to you?"

Touch stops in place as she heard that Shade was needed. She nods as she watches her mother and Luna run off towards Dynamo's room. She goes and sits with the others with a confused look upon her muzzle. "What just happened, sister? Is everything going to be okay?" She asks as Step nods. "I'm not sure what's going on at the moment, but I know everything will be fine. I think it might be Dynamo and Orange, but I know Luna and Shade will be able to handle it. We would only be in the way unfortunately. All we can do is hope for their safety."

 

Dynamo sighs in relief when Luna and Shade rush into the room. He shakes his head sadly. "I'm sorry, Miss Luna, but I honestly don't know what's going on. I try to shake Orange awake and call out to her. No matter what she's unable to wake up. I'm starting to get worried. Do you have any ideas on what's going on and can I help? I don't want to see my Orange suffering like this."

 

(In the dream)

 

Cosmic laughs as he continues to watch the dream Dynamo suffer at his least favorite game. His ears perked as he heard Orange address him. He turns back while giving the mare a smug look on his muzzle. "Oh, you think you defeated me Orange, but in reality I was never gone. You see, that mare did put an end to it, but my spirit lives on. It lives on in you and Dynamo. That's how I can see your children in your dreams. You are one who can easily be haunted by your nightmares. Yes I have these scars from that mafia mare, but I will never forget what you've done to me. You and Dynamo will regret standing in my way." He slowly walks over to Orange's and slams his fist against her cage. "You defied my torment. You both think your happiness will last and not receive consequences!? Seeing you and your poor excuse of a coltfriend make me sick! It's my job to always make other ponies in all of Equestria unhappy. You're no exception, Miss Sparks. You and your children will learn suffering. Once I'm through with you, I'm going after Kyubiki and then my work is done." He chuckles maniacally while heading back to Dynamo's chair. He twirled the blade in his fingers as he walks. "Oh, by the way. If you must know, that little amulet gave me enough power to live on. That's why I'm in your subconscious right now. Also, I want Dynamo Pad to know he'll never get what I have now. I have you all to myself and you belong to me. Forever and ever, Miss Sparks. So you can forget ever getting the chance to see the real Dynamo again!"

Candy looks to Step, so not to alarm Quick and Chocolate, she whispers "If he called for Luna specifically, you don't think that maybe...but we were told he was killed, dealt with" she says with a soft whimper as Chocolate holds her close.

 

"Whatever it is love, both Luna and miss Shade will deal with it. We just need to have faith in them." He says reassuringly.

 

Luna nods and touches horns with Orange, what she saw disgusted her "You are in my realm now Clown. Let my family go or else feel the wrath of Nightmare Moon" she says from the shadows.

 

Meanwhile, Shade looks around the room "hmm"

Step frowns, but smiles softly while resting a hand on Candy's shoulder. "I thought so as well, but I guess there was a way for him to return. I know there's trouble right now, but I know that Dynamo and the others will handle it. They won't let anything happen to your daughter, Candy. I won't allow it." She says as Quick nods. "You mean we, dear. I won't anything happen to my friend's family. I know I've messed up today, but I do believe in our family. Together, we are all the ultimate team. We won't lose to someone like that bully."

 

Starling looks to the adults with tears in her eyes. "B-Big brother and sister going to be okay?" Silver and Lilly nod while Dew picks Starling up in her arms. "I may not know them for very long, but big brother and sister are strong. I know they'll be okay." She says as Silver nods as well. "I look up to my big brother. I truly know he'll protect big sister." Dew smiles while nuzzling the little filly in her arms. "You see, sweetie? We all have to remain strong for each other. Things may seem bad now, but you can't ever let go of hope. I-I just hope things turn out okay. I-I'm nervous too, but I want to remain strong f-for everypony."

 

Dynamo watches as Luna touches horns with Orange. He clasps his hands together and hopes for the best. He looks as Shade began to look around the room. "What is it, Auntie Shade? Did you find something?"

 

Cosmic's ears perk and smirks at the new guest. He turns around and gives a mock bow to Luna. "Well if it ain't the princess of the night. A video game legend in my presence. Forgive me for not sprucing up the place, but I wasn't expecting guests." He chuckles and looks up to look Luna in the eyes. "You don't scare me, Nightmare Moon. You can't fight a shadow with a shadow. I'm surprised you didn't know that. I'm disappointed in you and your the princess of the night." He clicked his tongue while shaking his head in shame. "I will admit I'm surprised you made it here so soon. I guess he's there waiting to see his loved ones again? I blocked him out when I saw that dream he was having. It was disgusting it made me want to be sick. I will however give him another chance. It will be fun to take him apart once more. I warn you though, Luna. You better do as I command, or I will assure you that you're family will not be safe from my wrath. Now bring me Kyubiki Tenchu!" He exclaims while stamping his foot on the ground. This caused the room to tremble as the cages began to shake back and forth.

Candy nods "I know, if anyone can stop him for good, it'll be Luna and Shade" she says as she leans into Chocolate's embrace "I guess that he was more powerful than even Night could imagine" she says looking to her old friend who simply nods.

 

(in the Dream)

 

Nightmare Moon smirks "And who says I will be fighting you with shadows?" she asks as the Shadowbolts appear, only in physical form instead of shadow form. "in the dream world, my shadows are as real as you and I, my dear child" she says with an almost evil laugh.

 

Shade holds up the amulet "Know anything about this?"

Quick nods as he looks sadly at the ground. "I hope you're right Candy. I never would have thought he would ever return. We never even listened to Dynamo. He was worried and had his doubts and we just tried to reassure him. He was right all along and we should have trusted his thought." He rests his head in his hands and sighs. Gentle leans against Quick and nuzzles him. "We never would have thought this would happen. We just have to trust each other more often from now on. Luna may need his help because if there is anypony who can stop Cosmic, it will be Dynamo."

 

(in the dream)

 

Cosmic smirks at the appearance of the Shadowbolts. "Very cute, Luna. Very cute indeed. You're right about shadows being real. You're a shadow of your past and your sister, Celestia. Do you not think I can do that as well? Now call of your team. Otherwise I'll make sure you'll regret it." He stands behind the dream Dynamo with the blade near him. "If you don't bring me who I want, then I may accidentally hurt this pony. True he may not be real, but the shock will be too much for little Orange here. Then I go to her children and then her mind will shatter. Dynamo's mind wasn't easy to break, but Orange is a different story. Now I'm giving you a choice. Either give me what I want, or you lose your students. Either way I win. You can't hurt me without causing an accident yourself. Just leave now and bring me back Kyubiki Tenchu, or else!"

 

Dynamo's eyes shrank in shock as he gasps at the item Shade is holding. "That's the amulet that Cosmic was using. Aunt Night took it and we returned it yesterday. H-How did it get here in the first place!? What does this mean, aunt Shade?" He looks up to Shade with a worried look on his muzzle.

Shade shakes her head "I do not know, however I do know the origin of this amulet, and the way to destroy it once and for all" she says as she looks around "Forgive me Dynamo, but I need to call on help from Arcania and to call for help in the shadows" she says then rushes out, runs into the library and slams the doors open "Arcie! Arcie! I need your help immediately! I-it's been found! A-and it's b-been used for malice, l-little Orange, sh-she is in grave danger a-as is mother!" she calls out, hoping her friend was in the library and not her small cottage near the forest.

 

(In the dream)

 

Luna sighs and nods "Very well" she says as she begins to call her team back, but then, she used her third eye and saw Shade rush off, she smirks "Or maybe not" she says with a wicked grin.

 

(back in reality)

 

Candy looked to everyone and sighed as she hugged Starling close "I just hope Shade gets help in time"

Dynamo looks at Shade with a surprised look on his face. He reluctantly nods as he watches her quickly exit the room. He holds Orange's hands in his own. "Please make it back soon, aunt Shade."

 

As the library doors were slammed open, an indigo unicorn, with sparkles in her purple mane and tail, fell to the ground from the loud, booming noise. This effectively made her drop the stack of books she was carrying. She groaned in pain from landing on her bottom and an open book falling on her head. She looks around from the source of the noise, only to find Shade in a panicked state. "S-Shade? What are you d-doing here? You have to be q-quiet because this is a library, r-remember?" Her eyes shrank as she understood the situation. "Y-You mean the item has been found!? Then we don't have a moment to lose!" She exclaims as she grabs her pens, papers and belongings as she rushes out of the library with Shade on her heels.

Cosmic smirks as he felt he was getting all he ever wanted. The smirk faded slightly as he heard Luna's remark and notices her smirking. "What are you so happy about, princess? I told you that you have no room in making demands. Now bring me who I want or you can say goodbye to your student! Nothing you do or say now will stop my ambitions from being seen through to the end!" He exclaims while pressing the blade closer to dream Dynamo.

 

(back in reality)

 

Dew nods at Candy's remark, before turning back to her marefriend. "Does Miss Shade have a pony in mind that will help us out in this situation? If so, how will they help us, Nightie? Do you know such a pony, sweetie?"

Shade nods "And it's being used to torment Orange Sparks and Dynamo Pad! Two of your students, I believe!" she exclaims,. following on her "I have no idea how it came into their possession, or  anything, it makes no sense..after all this time..we must destroy it once and for all, from what mother told me, the tormentor used it to invade Orange's dream, holding her and her foals captive, making Dynamo play his worst game to save them while he has a blade pressed against his throat" she says softly

Nightmare Moon smirks "Oh I'm not making demands, but you've made one big mistake, and that was leaving the amulet where my daughter can find it. She and Arcania are the only ones who can destroy it, removing any power you have from you"

Arcania gasps as she increased her running speed. "D-Dynamo and O-Orange? T-Those two are some of my f-favorite students. Who would do such a cruel thing?" She shook her head at the thought, but glances back at her friend. "I m-may not know how or why O-Orange has the amulet, but you're right that we m-must destroy it. T-Thankfully, we have the necessary materials to stop this madness o-once and for all." She pats her pad of paper as they neared Night's manor once more. She shiver's slightly from the description of the nightmare. "That's a nightmare I-I would n-never wish upon anypony. W-We must stop this tormentor b-before it's too late."

 

(In the dream)

 

Cosmic's eyes widened slightly, before masking his fear with a calm expression. "That no good spy of mine. He must have placed a decoy of some sort in her purse during their first encounter. I've got to find better cohorts when running my clan." He mutters while shaking his head. "I'm not afraid of your daugher or this Arcania pony. There is absolutely no way a pony can destroy an alicorn amulet. Not even an alicorn themselves because it takes up too much magic. Face it, your highness. You're just bluffing and are just afraid to admit that I've won. That and possibly Kyubiki is afraid to face me again. It's because he knows he'll be defeated like last time." He smirks with a chuckle.

Shade nods "Right this way" she says, as she opens the door "Mother, Dynamo, I've got Arcania, she is going to help me destroy this blasted thing once and for all, but we're going to need to draw an Alchemic circle on the floor" she says as she gets everything ready for the spell.

 

(In the Dream)

 

Nightmare Moon chuckles "Is that a hint of fear I sense? Well for your information, Arcania is one of the highest masters of Alchemic Magic, thus she can draw magic from the universe to help increase her spell's power. Hence why she and my daughter are the only ones who can destroy the amulet" she says calmly and looks him right in the eyes, "Your reign of terror will soon be over, and there is nothing you can do about it"

Arcania shakily nods as she enters the room. She looks to see the others either sitting or lying in the bed. She smiles softly and nods at her students. "Good evening, Dynamo. It's great to see you again. I'm s-sorry for e-everything that's happened, b-but we'll make things r-right. T-This I p-promise you." She begins to make an alchemic circle on the floor.

 

Dynamo's ears perked as someone addressed him. He looks to see his Alchemy teacher and smiles brightly. "It's great to see you, Miss Arcania. I guess we should save the reunions for later. Right now, we need to save Orange. Is there anything I should do to help? Should I get ready to join the others?" He asks as he awaits his orders.

 

(In the dream)

 

Cosmic growls at Luna, as a sweat drop raced down the side of his face. "Oh, you wish. I'm just annoyed that I can't find some good help these days." He chuckles and smiles brightly at Luna. "Like I'm going to be intimidated by two ponies. You're such a comedian. Have you ever considered stand up comedy? It's because you are the most basic of jokes." He laughs heartily before the smile suddenly disappears. "You know something? You are really starting to get on my last nerve, you impudent foal. Shall I just put an end to it all, or are you going to bring me my prize? I don't have all day, you know!? Just so you know. My reign of terror shall not end! I will continue to live on and get everything I ever desired."

Once the circle was properly drawn and checked for any imperfections, Shade immediately places the amulet in the middle of the circle, nods to Arcania and begins to chant her own spells to draw from the universe. Her eyes glazed over and she starts to mutter the same phrases over and over as she draws shadows from beyond Equestria and uses them to cover the amulet, removing it's protection against any other kind of magicks.

 

(In the Dream)

 

Nightmare just stood and waited, "We will see" she says very calmly, "we will see"

Once Arcania completed the circle, she nods as Shade places the amulet in the middle of the alchemic circle. While hearing Shade's chanting, Arcania's horn began to glow, as her spells caused a shimmering glow to appear on the amulet. She closes her eyes in concentration, while making sure that Shade had heard her. "H-Hey Shade? I-If you can here me, I want you to k-know. As soon as this s-spell works, I want you to e-establish a link with your m-mother. Tell her to s-send Dynamo into the dream and r-rescue Orange." She says as she continues concentrating her magic on the amulet. The amulet soon began to glow from both the spell and chants. Soon enough, the amulet shook and shattered, as the amulet had turned into dust.

 

Dynamo's eyes widened at the results of the broken amulet. He smiles and nods in understanding. "You two did it! I also think I know what happened. If the amulet breaks, then it will weaken Cosmic. It may not be enough to finish him off, but now he's completely vulnerable. Now we have a chance to put an end to this nightmare." His look of confidence changed slightly to a look of fear and doubt. "A-Am I ready to take him on again? Last time he won, but cheated. H-How am I going to fight him this time?"

Cosmic had a look of confusion while glaring at Luna. "We will see what? You know for a princess, you don't make a lot of sense." His eyes suddenly shrank, as he felt a sharp pain coursing throughout his entire body. "Ow! W-What's happening to me!? W-What did you do to me, you impudent pony!? Tell me this instant!" He drops to his knees as he shakes from the searing pain.

As soon as this s-spell works, I want you to e-establish a link with your m-mother. Tell her to s-send Dynamo into the dream and r-rescue Orange." She says as she continues concentrating her magic on the amulet. The amulet soon began to glow from both the spell and chants. Soon enough, the amulet shook and shattered, as the amulet had turned into dust.

 

Dynamo's eyes widened at the results of the broken amulet. He smiles and nods in understanding. "You two did it! I also think I know what happened. If the amulet breaks, then it will weaken Cosmic. It may not be enough to finish him off, but now he's completely vulnerable. Now we have a chance to put an end to this nightmare." His look of confidence changed slightly to a look of fear and doubt. "A-Am I ready to take him on again? Last time he won, but cheated. H-How am I going to fight him this time?"

 

(In the dream)

 

Cosmic had a look of confusion while glaring at Luna. "We will see what? You know for a princess, you don't make a lot of sense." His eyes suddenly shrank, as he felt a sharp pain coursing throughout his entire body. "Ow! W-What's happening to me!? W-What did you do to me, you impudent pony!? Tell me this instant!" He drops to his knees as he shakes from the searing pain.

Shade nods "Mother, get Dynamo into the dream, he must be the one to finish this, otherwise, it'll just repeat, amulet or no" she says softly.

 

Luna nods as she pulls Dynamo into the dream world.

 

(In the dream)

 

Nightmare moon grins "The amulet has been destroyed, weakening you to the point that you cannot fight back. Now be prepared to face your own worst nightmare" she laughs

Dynamo felt a magical tug in his mind as he slowly drifted off into sleep. He soon awakens to Luna standing next to him, Orange and the foals in cages and Cosmic with his dream self in front of him. 'Thank you everypony. I promise not to let this hard work go to waste. I may be scared that I'll fail, but I won't lose when it comes to those that I love.' He narrows his eyes at Cosmic as he gazed at those in the cage. "Digi! Mira! Don't you worry kids. Daddy is right here. I won't let him hurt you or your mommy." He says as he gains a confused look on his muzzle. 'How did I know their names when I've never seen them before. I'll worry about that later, then. Right now, I need to finish this.' He looks back at Cosmic and steps forward. "That's quite enough Cosmic. This is between you and me. Nopony else has to get involved." He says as his dream self slowly disappeared. "I promise, sweetheart. I'm going to get you and the kids out of here. Then we'll always be together." He smiles while giving Orange a look of comfort in his eyes.

 

Cosmic, still shaking in pain, looks up and grins slightly at the newcomer. "Well, well, well. It's about time you showed up, Kyubiki Tenchu. I thought you were too afraid to show up. I made sure your family got front row seats to see you fall before my feet." He growls in frustration at his opponent's plan succeeded. "I don't need no stinking amulet to take you down. I've taken you down once before and I shall do it again!"

Nightmare nods as she returns to her Luna side and keeps watch "You no longer have the power over Orange nor do you have any over Dynamo Pad." she says as she magics the children out of their cages, as well as Orange, "come now my little ponies, let us watch as your fiance and your father beats this bully with video games" she says.

 

Orange nods "Go for it Dye Dye! You can beat him! S-show him what happens to those who hurt those you love!"

 

"Go daddy GO!" the two foals shout in support of their father.

Dynamo sighs in relief as Luna helps free Orange and the others out of the cage. He smiles at their support and nods in approval. Cosmic smirks and chuckles darkly. "You're going to need that support, Kyubiki. You have no idea who you're messing with now. Just give it up! If you do, then maybe I'll leave you alone." Dynamo narrows his eyes at Cosmic, before replying, "No. I won't give up. That's one of the many important lessons my friends and my masters taught me!" Cosmic dropped his smirk as a thought occurred to him. "Your friends and masters? So you think Luna is your teacher, don't you. Fine then. I'll show you that she should pick better students follow me." With that the two walks over to the game station and sat in their respective chairs. They each selected their teams and awaited for the battles to begin. "It's the same game, but it's best three out of five. Whoever gets three wins first is the winner. Are we in agreement?" Dynamo silently nods as he sat at the right side of the screen. As the game finished loading the battle commenced.

 

 

The battle started off slow and fierce. The two players trying to get the upper hand on one another. With each passing round, both players had take one victory from the other. Dynamo started to shake nervously as he knew this battle wouldn't be easy, but he wouldn't give up. He decided to change characters and smiled, as he was able to gain the advantage against Cosmic. He made sure to outsmart his opponent, as time ran out and securing his three victories in the match. Dynamo cheers as he finally was able to overcome the obstacle that stood in his life. "I told you before, didn't I? I'm not the same as I was before. I finally won our little match. You never even stood a chance." He says as he continued to give Cosmic a cold hard stare.

The video game battle was one filled with suspense, but in the end Dynamo had won, and his fiance and two children ran to him and hug him tightly. "You did it sweetheart, you finally beat Cosmic once and for all, a-and these are our two children" she says softly, "Digital Indigo and Miracle Flight" she says softly.

 

Digital Indigo, the small blue unicorn looks up to his father "Y-you did it daddy, you saved us" he giggles and hugs him, nuzzling into his chest.

 

Luna smiles as she sees the defeated form of Cosmic Clown "Now, I will erase you from both the dream and physical realm for good" she says, as a magic beam shoots from her horn and hits him directly.

Dynamo smiles as he felt Orange and the others tackle him into a hug. He wraps his arms around them and returns the embrace. "I'm so glad you and the kids are safe. I also know those names. I don't know why, but the names just seemed to fit. It's so nice to see you Digi and you as well Mira. I'm your father and it's so great to finally meet you." He smiles softly as he nuzzles his children lovingly.

 

Cosmic had a look of shock on his face, as he watched Dynamo claim victory from him. He saw Luna fire a beam at him, as he slowly began to disappear. Visions of his life flashed before his eyes, as he saw all his plans were about to fall apart. He growls before shouting and reappeared with a crazed look in his eyes. "No! I won't disappear. This is a dream remember? So I can do whatever I want! I don't care that I lost. I don't care if I cheat. I don't even care that you won. I will do whatever I damn well please. Only the weak will thrive and fall before me. While the strong will live on and survive!" He exclaims before transforming into the character from the game.

 

Dynamo looks at Cosmic in surprise, before narrowing his eyes once more. "I truly don't understand you, Cosmic. You could have moved on from everything and yet you continue to stand in the way. If this is truly what you want, then so be it." He said before transforming as well. He steps forward and gets into position. "Just to let you know, you had an out in all of this. We'll also play by your rules, you stinking Clown. Now let's go!" With that, the two began their true final battle. 

 

 

The two fought just like they would in the game. Dynamo was fascinated by having the powers of his character, but shook his head and continued his fight. Just when he was widening the gap, he growls as he watched Cosmic transform once more. The transformed state was not enough, as Dynamo kept calm and was able to deliver the finishing blow.

 

Dynamo transformed back and looked at Cosmic, who was on the ground, with pity. "You're just sad, you know that? You could have been so much greater, had friends, and everything. Yet you chose to be selfish and ruin the lives of other ponies." Cosmic looks up at Dynamo with the last of his strength, before uttering, "W-Why? I-I don't understand. What m-makes you so strong? Breaking your heart and mind didn't work. Capturing and harming others didn't work. So w-what's the reason?"

 

Dynamo pointed a thumb behind him at his family. "You see them? They are my reason. That includes Miss Luna and Twilight and all the others I've met. They made me feel like I matter and belong. I don't need no fans chanting my name. If I have those that truly care about me no matter what, then I'll always be a winner." He walks over and picks Cosmic up by the color. He raised one of his hands into a fist, as he was about ready to deliver the final blow. He was about to make contact, but stops at the last second before dropping Cosmic to the ground. Cosmic laughs at the action, while trying to stand up. "I knew it! You're s-still the same w-weak and pathetic pony from back then. You j-just show mercy onto your enemies. N-No matter who it is." Dynamo shook his head and walks back over to his family. He stops before looking back at Cosmic with a glare. "It's not that. It's just that you're not worth it. After all that you've done, Princess Luna should have the honor. I just want to warn you. I want this to be a constant reminder in your mind. All the years to come after this moment. That I was the one who defeated you. I also warn you to never come back. For if you do and I hear that you hurt my family, my friends, or any innocent pony, then I'll make sure that you never come back!" He turns back and nods at the Princess of the night. "You may have the honors, Miss Luna."
