movies/tv Mlp on UK netflix

In the uk netflix only has up to season 4 of mlp with no sign of an update. The new equestria girls movie is coming out in the us and Canada but no one's said anything about it coming out in the uk.

 

Does anyone know if the new EG movie or the rest of mlp will ever be on uk netflix ?

i'm also really angry at then only having season 4 yet them having EQG 3. No sense whatsoever. I do think EQG 4 will come out here if it says 'netflix original' but if it doesn't, it may be a while

Our Netflix is further behind than the US's. Mainly for copyright reasons and what not. We usually have to wait a little while before we get any new shows or movies. So for MLP, knowing Hasbro, it could take months.

We will, eventually. Friendship Games came onto Netflix, if I can recall, a couple of months after it was released. S5 might get released at some point late this year or early next year.

you can use a VPN to make Netflix think you're in the US but it's not easy.

It'll never happen. Think about it. We have Season 6 having just started airing today on TV in the UK, and yet Netflix is still on Season 4. I'm pretty sure Hasbro has given up on MLP for UK Netflix.

I've noticed that Amazon Prime has season 5. So it's odd how Netflix hasn't bothered.

Could be worse. Netflix Japan has only two seasons, and FiM is actually pretty popular in Tokyo. All 3 Equestria Girls movies are available, though.
