Is Starswirl the Moochick?

The Journal of the Two Sisters gave  Starswirl a desire to perfect a spell that would allow him to travel through space and time with no limits. During the "Reflections" arc, as he and Sunbutt were dimension hopping, there was a scene in which one of the Mane6 from that parallel universe was a T-Rex instead of a pony. (Much like the mane 6 in the EqG world were humans instead of ponies)

 

If Starswirl has achieved his spell to travel to various dimensions, then what if....just what if....he has become the Moochik that we see from g1? If the beard fits.....

 

Evidence that could point to Starswirl being the Moochik (well, beside the beard) is his knowledge of things that the ponies themselves have no knowledge of, in spite of undoubtedly their long residence in that land...Things like the rainbow of light-which he had a piece of....the fact that it would work against Tier (as if he has foresight into the future....or had Time traveled, as would be typical of Starswirl to do), knowledge of the Flutterpony race and their effectiveness against the Smooze. Not to mention that he's armed with magic, and makes several references to places only existing in a world that the ponies don't live in (Palace of Versailles, Taj Mahol, Cleopatra, Egypt, Capri, Rome, etc)

No. Mr. Moochick is Mr. Moochick and Stars work is Starswirl.

Well, it IS conceivable. One does tend to think a dimension hopper would keep their form when crossing planes, but...

Well, we don't have much to go on with what Starswirl himself is, right? Haven't read the comic books, as I can't bolly well find a shop that sells them out here. But Mr. Moochick does strike me as the sort of draconequus sort. Dimension hopping nonsense, most likely intentionally infuriating. Could just as easily call him Discord as Starswirl, though we do call Discord Starswirl, but we're going down another rabbit hole here...

Mr, Moochick only had a few minutes in just one movie right? Maybe if we had more to go on, personality wise, we could pin something down. Seen Starswirl depicted as grumpy & standoffish while Moochick as more jovial and forgetful.
