request Help with drawing my oc

Hi i was wondering if someone would draw my oc, i dont know why but i cant put what i have in my head on paper, i wouldnt be able to pay you because i dont have the money so if you wont do it for that reason i understand, but if you will i would like it to be a Male Royal blue Pegasaus pony with a orange mane and tail that look like this http://img12.deviantart.net/46c1/i/2013/251/e/7/soarin__wonderbolt__by_90sigma-d6lhvbl.png and green eyes (If that sounds like it will stick out to much just let me know but it seems like it would look good in my head) i would like him to have a smaller build and look a bit on the less manly side, i would like his cutie mark to be this http://www.clipartbest.com/cliparts/7ia/K4a/7iaK4adyT.jpegthanks for any help you provide.

Well I gave it a shot and I simplify the cutey mark a bit, I hope that ok with you ^-^

OMG! Its perfect *o* thank you so much its exactly what i imagined and the cutie mark is so much more fitting now i was worried it was to long for his flank before but hes perfect i am having a spasm of happiness right now thank you so much let me know if theres anything i can do for you

Nope. You don't have to do anything. Seeing you so happy is plenty
