EDIT: The Spoiler title option doesn't appear to be available on this site, so scratch that example.

As said before, you just need to put the part of the post, that you want to hide between spoiler tags.

This form is correct as well:

[spoiler]
some text

*image*
[img=http://i.imgur.com/c7MuWxr.png]

more text
[/spoiler]

Which will give:

 

some text

*image*


more text
