You know that weird pyramid thing that either leans more towards one stat or another? What's it called?

I checked Excel and they're called "polar graphs" there. Google doesn't bring up anything like that though.

I know it as a Radar Chart, I'm not aware of its origin and can't say whether or not it's Japanese, but I've seen them used frequently, typically as a visual representation of character traits.  They are used a lot in personnel management, particularly in coaching and mentoring.
