If you had to hit one of the Mane Six, which would be the last you would choose?

Well, probably Fluttershy. Even though she's my least favorite of the Mane 6, if we're assuming this is a full-force punch, I might actually injure her, and I'd feel terrible.

 

I'd probably hit Pinkie first, and count on her physics-bending or general floofyness to absorb the hit. And just hope she doesn't get mad at me... '>.>

 

Alternatively I'd hit Applejack, because I know she can take it. Although I doubt I'd be able to take her return hit, so... <.<'

Of course, I'd never hit Fluttershy, as I'd know the shame for doing so would be too great. 2nd least would probably be Rarity for the fact that I don't think she's done anything to upset me throughout the shows run. 

 

First, I would more than likely hit Pinkie Pie. Especially after all the crap she perpetrated in "Filli Vanilli". She deserves what comes her way.

Second, I'd probably hit Rainbow Dash for a number of crap she has pulled at various times. 

Third, I'd have to hit Applejack because of a certain fantasy I have about her being a glory hog of the Apple Family and her holding down the other Apples from having a glorious big hero moment.

Fourth would probably be Twilight because she's probably had maybe one or two isolated moments which rubbed me the wrong way.

 

But I'd hope to never have to hit a single Mane 6 member and at most I'd probably just shout at them for whatever crap they may have pulled in the series, and hope they'd be understanding when I get angry at them.
