Tv Tropes said that Sci Twi is another moondancer 

Sci Twi mostly shy but she's not aggressive like Moondancer

Moondancer must be becomed a Jerkass bookworm when Twilight leaved Canterlot

Why she's so abusive and very cruel to Twilight in Amending Fences?

She is very hotheaded and her angriness is like a nuclear bomb that will explode

Is she really is that bad

I know she's your waifu but why she's so harsh and can easily get angry when the anypony say the word "Friendship" at the front of her

Why she reject Twilight's apology at the beginning of Amending Fences?

Why she dind't accept the apologies like other Twilight's old friends in Amending Fencds

Unlike Sci Twi that want to study but are not as aggressive like her and she just want to make friends instead 

Moondancer maybe a waifu but in Amending Fences She is like a pony that can easily get angry when anypony bother her study or her reading

This is the differences between Moonie and Sci Twi:

1.Moondancer is an anti-social pony for three years that can easily get angry and very aggressive when anypony bother her study while Sci Twi is like Moondancer but she is not aggressive like her

2.Moondancer think books is her friends because she have no pets as a friend but Sci Twi have Spike this is why Sci Twi is not aggressive like Moondancer

3.Moondancer is a pony that like reading is important than anything else while Sci Twi reading is only important for a school education and she just want a new friends 

4.Moondancer is very anti-social for three years while Sci Twi is not very anti-social because she have a pet as a friend

They are Similar but the differences is Moondancer have no pets as a friends this is why she is aggressive

Moondancer was left hanging by her once best friend on her birthday and as a result made her really bitter and she wound up sheltering herself

Moondancer was already an introvert without very little friends, and the one time she actively tried to be more social, she felt like she was betrayed by the only pony she considered to be her friend.  I think that is a good reason for why she became angry and bitter.

Sci Twi just never really had any friends.

Sci Twi is just sheltered 

It's mental disorder that caused her to becomed very aggressive

Twilight dind't comed to her party caused her heart wounded in tears and her brain becomed more disordered

As many times passed,she locked herself out from society and she make books as her friends

Abondoned from society,her heart said to her that friendship is a lie and studying is a truth however this is actually a lie from her own heart

Sheltered in loneliness and bitterness,she believed her own lie believing that friendship is false and studying is truth

The memory where Twilight dind't comed to her birthday wound her heart full of friendship and truths into a heart full of lies and hatred

She can't forget it,she think books is her friends and her old friends is just a stupid citizens that never quiet in library

She put her sweater and make a ponytail on her mane to signed how much pained when Twilight dind't comed to her party 

She becomed very aggressive and very bitter as many times passed

She dind't care if Nightmare Moon,Discord,Chrysalis and Tirek threatened Equestria

She even dind't care when Changelings attack Canterlot

She believed her own lies and she dind't forget how much painful her heart is when Twilight dind't comed to her birthday party

She cannot buy pets as a friends because she is have not enough bits

Sci Twi/Human Twilight however unlike her,she loves her dog Spike so much because Spike is her only friend and Sci Twi just want a new friends because she have one friend Spike but she want more friends than just her dog Spike

Little late, but Sci Twi does show anger and annoyance in some of the later specials.

• Gets annoyed when talking about how competitive Crystal Prep is in Dance Magic
• Gets angry at Sunset after she accidentally steps on her drone in Forgotten Friendship (for context, Wallflower erased all her good memories of Sunset, causing her to be so harsh with Sunset)
• Gets obsessive over the ring toss with Sunset in Rollercoaster of Friendship
• Gets angry at Rainbow Dash for her reckless antics in Spring Breakdown, getting into an argument with her over wanting the Rainbooms to be superheroes
• Gets annoyed with Sunset for ditching Pinkie in one of the time loops and get skeptical on Sunset's claim that "not getting to see Post-Crush" had something to do with the time loop in Sunset's Backstage Pass
• Sternly opposes Sunset, Pinkie, and Applejack's ideas of breaking into the school in Holidays Unwrapped
