He is an anthro black dragon with no wings.

He is very muscular with burning yellow eyes.

He has a scar over his left eye.

His horns curve around his head like a crown.

I was also wondering if you could please draw him using one of his signature moves listed below. Thanks in advance!

 

Leo’s Moves

 

Kaze Tatsu - Leo executes an aerial spinning kick to strike foes from above multiple times.

 

Force Blast - Leo slams the foe with explosive force released from his open palm/palms. The longer he charges this attack, the greater the damage it inflicts.

 

Shadow Phase - Leo phases through the shadows between two set points that he creates. He can’t be hit while executing this move, but he can’t attack either.

 

Shadow Counter - Leo prepares himself for an incoming physical attack and then teleports into the shadows while using a tanooki leaf as a decoy when struck. After the leaf falls to the ground and disappears, Leo reappears somewhere nearby and strikes the foe with a lightning-fast flying kick. If Leo is hit with any energy-based projectiles while readying this attack, it will fail and he will take damage instead.

 

Flying Neck Breaker - Leo repeatedly knocks the foe into the air using multiple rising knee kicks. Once the foe is at an ideal height, Leo quickly rises above the foe and delivers a fierce axe kick straight into the opponent’s neck, sending them flying back to earth and smashing them into the ground.

 

P-Shock - Leo strikes the foe with a powerful nerve blow that temporarily paralyzes and disables them, leaving them wide open to attacks.

 

Mantis Strike - Leo paralyzes the foe with a quick nerve blow near the neck, assaults the foe with a flurry of nerve blows on the body, then finishes with a powerful nerve blow to the head.

 

Moon Slash - Leo creates crescent moon-shaped blades out of pure lunar energy that he can throw in a straight line or make return to him like boomerangs. He can also throw a fast barrage of smaller moon blades that do less damage but hit multiple times, or one large moon blade that is slow but deals a lot of damage and can cleave large objects clean in two.

 

Dark Inferno - Leo breathes a quick stream of dark fire onto the ground in front of him, setting it ablaze and inflicting damage overtime to anything caught in the attack.

 

Dark Fireball - Leo rolls himself up into a ball, sets his body ablaze with dark fire, then rolls into his foes while leaving a trail of damaging dark flames behind him.

 

Void Ball - Leo creates a void sphere with his paws and throws it at the foe, causing it to explode on impact. Leo can also use it to absorb projectiles and make the void grow. When the void is powered up by absorbing projectiles, Leo then throws it at his foes, causing them to get sucked into it and then creating a large destructive explosion.

 

Dragon Scale - Leo hardens his body like that of thick dragon scales, drastically boosting his defense. He can easily shrug off most attacks while this ability is active. However, his body becomes extremely heavy, turning his movements sluggish. He is also unable to attack while this move is active.

 

Giga Force Blast - Leo’s ultimate attack. Leo maximally charges up his force blast and slams the foe with incredibly destructive force that can destroy entire mountains whole.
