I do yoga right before bed

I tend to light some candles and play albums with a hot drink. Might be browsing at the same time :p

Lately, I have been exhausted, so I just relax against the cushy pillows and blankets and drift away blissfully. 

Reading a book definitely helps if there is ever a struggle and yoga/pilates every day helps to keep the body active/healthy/sleep later on in the day.
