Ehhhhhh.......be careful with that reasoning. Yes Starlight didn't create another timeline after she experienced one, but when you listen to the dialogue she explicitly says she doesn't believe these alternate timelines are really happening. She becomes defensive when Twilight challenges her belief in the perfect outcome and the importance of the Mane 6. That causes her to lash out with her final plea for being in the right, her backstory. She became extremely emotional and vulnerable that Twilight could have easily taken her out but instead of going on the offensive she didn't and when Starlight contemplated this sparing chance she took it. I agree that she is the least evil and very human in her thought process but it's not as simple as just showing her the outcome to sway her when she's that far gone.

Starlight is clearly the least evil. For starters, she genuinely belived that she did what was best for everyone. And she wasn't even aware of the results of her messing with timetravel. 

And for the most evil, I'd probably say Discord. I mean, he just used reality as a playground without a thought about how it affected everyone else.

So... you're judging Discord for not thinking about the consecuences of his acts, yet you indult Starlight for the same reason?

That's not what he's saying. The difference is Starlight is unaware of the consequences of her actions, wheras Discord doesn't care.

No. Starlight gets a pass because she didn't know what happened as a result of her messing with time. Discord on the other hand was fully aware of how his actions affected others, he just didn't care about it.

I can't descide between Tirek and Sombra, but I voted for Tirek because I read him earlier.

I have Nightmare Moon as least evil. Many have Discord, but besides he is funny and silly in his methods he is pretty evil. More then Chryssie and Nightmare.
