Sunset's first reaction to...

  She adapted very quickly when she came through the portal to CHS, but I wonder what were Sunset Shimmer's first reactions to 

1) A Godzilla movie

2) Listening to or seeing "Yellow Submarine" by the Beatles

3) the movie "National Velvet"

4) Pokemon

She must have enountered this stuff, so was she surprised and moved or puzzled?  I think she might have liked Yellow Submarine, been scared of Godzilla, liked National Velvet and been very puzzled over Pokemon, at least at first.

I'd offer that a giant lizard movie might not be a particularly frightening prospect compared to life with the creatures back home, given that the verse already seems to have a well established tradition of fiction genres and even cinema.

She probably wouldn't be too scared of Godzilla. After all, Equestria has dragons, and Godzilla is kind of like a dragon.

I'd imagine with upon discovering pokemon, she'd be a bit confused at first but slowly get more and more enveloped in it and how it works and grow addicted to it haha

I don't see Sunset being afraid of Godzilla because of what others have already said about there being similar creatures that exist in Equestria. I would see her being intrigued by the concept of Pokémon as surely she wished she could train some of those creatures.
