So I had an idea of what if the Mane 6 split up during the Storm King's invasion and indeed did recruit their allies and all launch a full scale invasion of occupied Canterlot. I have details along with a few other things that add the movie characters in but with slight altered roles.

Dragon Army:

From the south, Dragon Lord Ember called up her subjects to help liberate Canterlot. Spike is with her and is serving as her General.

 

Griffin Army:

Gilda is leading a force of griffins from the north east with gabby as a captain and Rainbow Dash serving as a General.

 

Yak Army:

Prince Rutherford is leading all forces of Yakyakistan from the north west to attack the occupied city, with Pinkie Pie serving as General.

 

Changeling Army:

King Thorax and Prince Pharynx are leading the Changelings from the South east with Applejack serving as general.

 

 

 

Altered roles:

Captain Caleno and her crew weren't forced to join the Storm King, instead were recruited as privateers, she leads the air armadas defending the conquered city. Capper is a Lieutenant in the Storm King's army who along with Caleno question the motives of their employers.
