request laptop sticker quote request

im working on a project to turn 2 old laptops into a tablet, theres only 3 things left to work out and they are: touchscreen part (critical) case sticker (critical) and ethernet networking.

so im wondering if anypony can turn the attached file into a (high quality) case sticker for a case with a usable area of 14.5"x9.5"and what your price would be for putting the art onto a sticker (to clarify: im not paying you for the art, just the cost of the sticker base and the labor needed to put the art onto the sticker plus the shipping costs) the art doesn't have to fill the usable area, thats just what i have to fit sticker(s) onto, id like this sticker to be sized as would make it look best

yah, i had this in requestria before but then i noticed the rules saying no financial transactions, thats why i moved it to commissions
