Why can't anarchists draw straight lines?

We can. Many just choose not to because they want to be edgy and special.

Was that an accurate representation of when you make your first post?

Yes. Not gonna lie, I originally came to MLP Forums from /mlp/ to troll, but I wound up meeting some chill people and liking the community overall. Can't remember what my first post here was, but I do remember it got a lot of replies lol.

I was looking for "Because they don't beleive in rulers". But that's a pretty good variation of the symbol.

? can i get some friendship lessons for you

Some things that you can do to make people like you.

  • If you're more of an introverted person, force yourself to become genuinely interested in other people. Can't get other people to like you unless you meet them first.
  • The simple act of smiling is an easy way to make a good first impression. Actions speak louder than words, and a smile says, "I like you. You make me happy. I am glad to see you." This is a major reason why people like dogs. They are so glad to see us that they almost jump out of their skins. So, naturally, we are glad to see them.
  • A person's name is one of the sweetest sounds to that person in any language. Make it a point to memorize the names of people you meet. If you can call someone by their name the next time you see them, they will feel an instant connection to you.
  • Be a good listener. Encourage others to talk about themselves. People love their own hobbies and interests, and love to talk about them just as much. You'll find that a master of conversation rarely does any talking. ;)
  • Once you've found out the other persons interests, talk in terms of those interests. If you know you're going to see this person again, do a bit of research so that you can hold your own in a conversation on the topic.
  • Make the other person feel important, and do it sincerely. Even if it's just a small compliment on a manner in which they conduct themselves, everyone loves genuine praise.

Do these things, and I promise that more people will want to be around you than less. From there, you will find people with many common interests who will want to be your friends, and you may separate on the most pleasant of terms with the ones that you have nothing in common with.

This info comes from "How to Win Friends & Influence People" by Dale Carnegie. I highly recommend this book to everyone.
