Dreambiscuit 11,136 July 14 Share July 14 I almost never went on any school trips. My parents were worriers who never let me go very far unless they were there with me in person. So when other kids went on field trips I got the day off. Not a bad trade-off actually, considering they rarely went anywhere very interesting. The only time I can remember going on a school ‘trip’ was to a local city park, and that’s because my mom came along.
