Jenna said "When I say I rather die than go back I mean that, there's no fate worse than that of a female dragon being brought back to Talon." she shuddered from the thought "And please don't be a hero, I'm still the one from us better suited to take them on a fight"

"I won't let you die or go back," Oliver promised, planting a gentle kiss on Jenna's cheek. "They're not gonna do anything to you, I promise."

He smiled at her. "I just wanna keep you safe and happy, that's all."

"I know." Jenna said quietly "But really, don't play a hero." she then repeated "You have to remember than injury that takes me a week to heal can be lethal to you." she put her hand on his cheek "And the worst thing you can do to me is to die young."

Oliver blushed as Jenna touched him, and she could no doubt feel his cheek get warmer. He didn't want to die in general, especially so young, but he didn't want her to die either.

"I just want you to be safe and happy," he insisted.

Jenna continued with soft and understanding tone "You already have made me happy, and that's all I ask." "You brought me happiness and meaning, so let me pay you back by being the one to worry about safety." "If you get hurt because of me, you will make me unhappy and won't be there to help me when I need you."

Oliver tried to give Jenna his most assuring smile, hoping to comfort her somewhat as he kept holding her close and tight to him.

"Then I won't get myself hurt," he promised, petting down her hair.

Jenna stayed quiet, she didn't want to continue on the topic anymore. "Can we stay like this for a while?" "This feels so nice, I feel so....safe and comfortable" she then started chuckling "Look at me, a fierce dragon enjoying being petted like a house-cat." "My past self would be so ashamed."

Oliver smiled and nodded slowly, keeping his arms wrapped around Jenna and petting down her hair. He loved how soft it was.

"You suit 'cute' more than 'fierce' anyway," he joked, grinning down at her.

"No she would be insulted too." Jenna chuckled "But to be fair, I haven't really done a good job when it comes to showing my fierce side, so you're not necessary wrong." she let out the purr-like comfort-sound again "And I don't mind being cute for you."

"You suit being cute anyway," Oliver admitted, smiling warmly and stroking down Jenna's back. He really enjoyed how comfortable she felt against him.

"Hopefully we won't have to see your fierce side," he added.

"We will." Jenna said, almost whispering "And like said, I feel like it's gonna happen soon." she yawned "What time is it? I'm starting to feel tired." "It's so nice with you that time has passed quickly."

Oliver took out his phone and checked the time. He blinked, surprised at the screen saying it was evening. "It's pretty late. We really got carried away, huh?" he joked.

He looked down at her. "Do you need anything?"

"I am a bit hungry." Jenna admitted quietly "Other than that nothing really comes to mind, you are everything I need." she smiled as she made and eye contact with Oliver "Until of course you know a way to control time, that would be nice to have too." she chuckled.

Oliver shook his head, grinning at Jenna. "Believe me, I wish I did. It'd make a lot of things so much easier."

He looked to the bedroom door, then back at her. "I can get you something to eat if you want?"

"I'll come with you to the kitchen, I can go and see if my clothes have dried up too." Jenna said with a smile, before getting up and stretching "It's really a shame that I had to get up, now that I'm away from you I realize how good you actually feel." she said, her tone changing a bit as she stretched her hands.

Oliver nodded and got up with Jenna. Her words made him blush and smile awkwardly, but he really appreciated hearing it.

"I know what you mean," he agreed, "you feel really nice as well, it was tough getting up."

"Well, I'm glad the feeling is mutual." Jenna said with a short chuckle as she started making her way to the laundry room, if Oliver didn't say or do something to interrupt her, she would go there, gather her dry clothes to a pile before making her way to join Oliver in the kitchen.

Oliver let Jenna go ahead to the laundry room, and headed into the kitchen to look for something to give Jenna.

He turned to look at her as she joined him. "Anything in particular you're in the mood for?"

"Anything meat like always." Jenna replied as she made her way to Oliver and gave a kiss on his cheek "It feels bit weird to feel hungry after eating so much earlier, but I guess it's what happens when you eat well first time for a long time."

Oliver blushed and smiled at the kiss, and leaned into the fridge for a meaty ready meal for Jenna. He found one and put it in the microwave for a few minutes.

"You hadn't eaten well before this?" he asked.

"Not after running away." Jenna replied "Like I have told you, I have been mainly moving and hiding since, so I can only have so much food with me, and restaurants and such don't really offer what I need, and asking for special order fit for dragon could alarm Talon to my location." "So I have been living with amount of food that keeps me healthy but not a bite more."

Oliver nodded and stroked down Jenna's hair. He gave her a warm smile to try and reassure her.

"Well, since you'll be here for a while," he said, "you're welcome to have whatever food you could want."

"I'm so thankful for your optimism, even though I don't understand it." Jenna said with a smile, but though it looked as genuine as ever, she was unsure, she just couldn't get over the bad feeling she had.

"I just hope it helps," Oliver said, smiling at Jenna while he prepared her meal. When it was finished, he set it on the table in front of her. "You could use hearing some good things, from the sound of it."

"I can't say it makes me not worry about things, but it does remind me that there is positive things out there." Jenna replied as she started eating "But I'd say that's a good balance between us, as you remind me about positive things, while I make sure we don't forget about the danger."
