He smiled warmly at her. "I'm sure even your human form is really tough as well. Definitely looks like it."

"Yes and no." she replied to Oliver's latter comment "We can take more beating in this form than humans can, but we are still just as fragile, as in, any lethal strike like damage to vital organs or neck snapping, things like that, are just as easy as they are to do to a human." "Our higher pain tolerance doesn't work either in this form, and any pain related reaction is still bound to happen, in this form."

Oliver nodded as he kept listening. "So you're just more durable than regular people? That'll still be useful in a fight."

He smiled at Jenna. "Besides, you'd probably be the one throwing them around."

"Depends on who they are." Jenna pointed out "If we are talking about humans, then yes, I'd end up victorious in cases where guns aren't included." "But if we are talking about Talon...I'm just a kid, anyone older and stronger than me would swipe the floor with me, until I had a gun of course."

"I think you could hold your own," Oliver assured her, giving her a supportive smile. "Though, we can see about getting you a gun if you feel safer with one."

He frowned. "I just don't know any places that'd sell one."

"That's something I need to get done through my contact." Jenna said "Because of my situation, I can exactly just go an buy one from gun shop, since Talon has their claws on many of those too." "Getting it to me just is bit complicated when we can't meet face to face." "And it doesn't help that Talon is leading the black market too." she yawned again "I appreciate how hard you are trying to help though, I really do."

Oliver nodded, taking a deep breath. Just how much influence did these Talon people have?

"I just wish I could do more to help," he said, frowning and looking down at the floor. "I don't want you to think you're facing this alone, y'know?"

"You have already shown I'm not." Jenna assured looking up to Oliver from the bed "But if you try to do something more than you're capable, it could lead to me being alone again." "That's why I want you to be safe."

Oliver nodded, understanding Jenna's concern. "I won't do anything reckless or something. I want to be there for you, I just don't want you to think you're fighting alone either."

He put his hand over hers. "If there's any way I can help you when the time comes, I will."

"At this moment there is only what I have already told you I need." Jenna said "Your knowledge of the area and you not dying, everything else is on me for now." she looked at him with rather serious look "And if you really want to help me with fighting, you need to learn to fight, and more importantly, you need to be able to kill, because there's nothing more dangerous than injured animal."

Oliver bit his lip at the thought of killing. He never even considered doing it before, it was never in him. But he supposed it was either these Talon people, or it was him and Jenna.

"I'll learn how to fight," he assured her, "but killing... I suppose if it comes to it..."

"Don't promise now." Jenna surprisingly said "Because you can't know if you can do it before you do it." "And though you need to be able to do so, you still necessarily won't, which is problem for that time." "All I need you to do is to mentally accept the fact that it's a choice you may be faced with, and then there is no time to think about it."

Oliver bit his lip, a little surprised at what Jenna had told him. He definitely would learn how to fight, but killing still didn't sound comfortable to him.

"I understand," he said. "Just when it's necessary."

"That's all I can ask for." Jenna said with a kind tone "And if I asked any more, I would be trying to create a monster." she yawned again "I think that's a good point to end this conversation, we should probably try to sleep."

"Monsters are never good," Oliver agreed, "unless they're good monsters." He shrugged.

He nodded and smiled at Jenna. "Yeah, good idea. You probably still need to get your strength back up. Feeling better, by the way?"

"Oh, I'm feeling better than ever, only a nice evening fly could make it better." Jenna replied cheerfully "Except for the bad feeling of course, it's not going anywhere anytime soon most likely" "But oddly enough, it feels nice to have something to lose."

Oliver smiled, happy to see Jenna was feeling much better. "I certainly wouldn't mind letting you go out for a fly."

His smile turned into an eager grin. "Actually, I'd even love to go on it with you."

"I don't doubt that, but I can't do that." Jenna said smiling "Even if I didn't have someone after me, flying in a city could have very dire consequences to everyone." she explained "Because I probably don't need to tell what could happen if a dragon suddenly was sighted in a city."

"You could do it if it's cloudy or something," Oliver pointed out, grinning at Jenna. "That way, no one would be able to see you."

He smirked. "Besides, barely anyone even looks over their heads anyway."

"Though you aren't wrong, you forgot something." Jenna said "Taking off and landing" "A bright red creature size of an car isn't exactly hard to spot, not to mention all the cameras cities have." "Anything you're gonna suggest I have already thought about, because if I could just take off and fly, I wouldn't stayed in this city after my hideout was found."

"True," Oliver agreed, then looked at the ceiling in thought. "Though you could always take off and land somewhere excluded. Like in a forest or desert or something."

He shrugged. "There'd be nowhere around to see you then."

"True, but then we would no longer be talking about the same thing." Jenna pointed out "Since the problem was that I can't fly in a city." "Because if I took off in a forest, I would no longer be in a city."

Oliver blinked, starting to get a little confused. "But you'd still be able to fly, so it wouldn't be a problem."

He looked out the iwndow. "Plus you could take off there and fly over the city, then land back down there, right?"

"Yes, but our conversation originally was about me not being able to fly in a city." Jenna pointed out "So talking about flying outside the city is different topic." she could tell Oliver was bit confused so she explained it "You said that I could fly in the city because nobody looks to the sky, and I said that's right but that you forgot that I need to take off and land too." "You then suggested taking off somewhere that is not in the city, and I pointed out that it is a different thing."

"What I mean," Oliver explained, "is that you can take off outside the city and then fly inside it when you're high enough, so no one can see you."

He grinned. "Then leave the city again and land. See?"
